Nose Surgery with Dr Bulent Koc - Istanbul. Two years later, I'm looking for a good doctor for revision.

Nose Surgery with Dr Bulent Koc - Istanbul

I saw photos and videos of the his patients on the Instagram accounts and I was amazed at the results perfect noses with no bruises or swelling . But I was debating between Dr. Bulent and Dr Abdülkadir Göksel and I started talking to both via whatsapp and I liked Dr. Goksel works much more but unfortunately his appointments were too far and I had very limited time to use my annual vacation. However, I decided to go with Dr. Bulent who told me all the details and explained that there will be minimal swelling and bruises (which was NOT the case with me, I had to stay home for almost 3 weeks because of the bruises).I had my surgery in March 2018, so it is been a year already and I wanted to wait before I leave a negative review.
The surgery cost $4000 which is too much but for this amount you should at least expect a translator or simply instructions in English at the hospital room. No one came to check on me for two hours after the surgery until the doctor came to do his round and I asked him for water because I was very thirsty and didn't know how to call the nurse. (Since everything was in Turkish).
During the consultation, they had my pictures taken and I showed the doctors couple pictures of nose shapes that I liked but he said he will do a natural nose that is very suitable for my face and he showed me a picture of how my nose will look like which was beautiful (Of course not what I get now).
All of my nose was swollen for almost 3 months but it started to heal gradually, except for the lower part, here comes my issues (After on year) the Tip and the lower part of my nose is BIG and extremely numb and feels very heavy. I talked to Doctor Koc and sent pictures but he said everything looks okay and the tip might take 3 years to take the final shape. Now I don't care about the shape but I do care about the numbness and the feeling of pressure in my nose. But he didn't talk about that.
