I can’t thank Dr. Rosenberg enough

I am posting before and after photos here that were not included in my original review. The post-op photos were taken at 3 months after surgery. The before photos were my worst angles in pictures, which now I don't have to worry about. Again, I'm very happy with the results and feel like I still look like myself.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Rosenberg as a facial plastic surgeon both cosmetically and functionally. I had a septorhinoplasty and chin augmentation done with him in January 2020. My functional goals for surgery were to breathe better and have a more open nasal passage so that other nasal treatments (sinus rinse, nasal sprays, etc) would be more effective for my seasonal allergies. My cosmetic goals were to still look like myself but straighter and more symmetric, especially in my profile since I had a bump in the bridge of my nose and my tip drooped downward. I didn’t initially want a chin augmentation, but Dr. Rosenberg recommended it to balance out my nasal proportions and I am so glad I trusted him. From a cosmetic perspective, he achieved a really natural and subtle change in my nose from the front, while getting a significant change in my profile and straightening the bridge of my nose. The chin augmentation was the perfect size and it balances out my nose and gives me a stronger jaw line. The people who know me well say I look even more beautiful, but still so much like myself. The people who don’t know me well assume that I look a little different because I had to wear contacts after surgery instead of my glasses. To me, that is the highest compliment for a plastic surgeon, that they are able to enhance someone’s natural beauty, rather than make them look like a different person. From a functional perspective, I can already tell that breathing is much easier and that my allergies are more manageable, with less sinus pressure and discomfort. Additionally, I am a singer and Dr. Rosenberg was great about ensuring my voice would not be negatively impacted by surgery. Overall I am so happy with my results and can’t thank Dr. Rosenberg enough!
