14 months after surgery - everything looks the same as 6 month update
So for anyone wondering if it would get better "after the swelling goes down"... it has been 14 months now and there's no point even posting updated photos, everything looks exactly the same as the 6 month photos.
I went to Seoul in November for a different cosmetic surgery, and I asked for a consultation for my nose, thinking maybe I could get some filler to make it look a little bit better (see 6 month photos - the asymmetry, indents, etc). They told me filler won't do much, they said that my nose was botched and that I should find a rhinoplasty specialist to get a revision rhinoplasty in about 1 year.
I'm not sure if I will post another update, I might just try to forget about this until I can get a revision and hopefully finally have the good nose that was dishonestly promised to me twice.

6 months after surgery - still a bad nose, fat graft terrible abdomen asymmetry.
My surgery was January 10, here is my update on July 10.
Things I am unhappy about are circled or pointed at with arrows in red on the photos.
#1. My nostrils are very asymmetrical and this was a problem from the beginning, which has not resolved. I saw another plastic surgeon who said this is not swelling, it is the way the cartilage was done.
#2. I have too much supra-tip fullness and it gives my nose a strange shape from the side. I was told this is difficult to determine but likely also the underlying cartilage.
#3. I have a depression on the left side of my nose which has been there for several months. I had another plastic surgeon assess it and he says it is due to the underlying cartilage.
#4: Fat graft had zero effect on my face. I did not see the improvements I requested. To clarify some confusion from people who commented on my 1 month update: I didn't get a fat graft to my nose, I got a fat graft to my cheeks. Nobody grafts fat into noses as far as I know...
#5. What's worse is that my abdomen is now VERY asymmetrical. The right has more fat than the left above, with a depression underneath it where too much fat was removed in one area compared to the left. My abdomen looked nice enough before with a bit of fat pocketing, but now it's embarrassing how asymmetrical it is.
DR. BORA OK BOTCHED MY RHINOPLASTY AND FAT GRAFT. This is NOT getting better without a third revision and liposuction.

1 month after surgery - still a bad nose, terrible fat graft
My surgery was January 10, here is my update on February 10 because I was told 80% of the swelling goes down at 1 month.
And despite the swelling going down, despite taping for 14+ hours every day (48 hours on weekends), I still do not like the rhinoplasty results. Better than immediately after cast removal, but definitely not worth it when you look at my nose before this revision (it looks kind of the same but wider). I asked for a thinner nose, it is NOT thinner actually it's fatter. Even worse, the nostrils are not symmetrical and I hate it. If you want to get a rhinoplasty with him because you believe the promoters posting about it with their fake pictures, your loss - I tried to warn you about the results and about the overall experience.
Also, just look at the results of my fat graft. I wanted him to plump up some dents in my cheek and instead he made it all look WORSE. It aged me a lot. Don't tell me the fat graft results will look better over time - I've had fat grafts several times before, and what you see after about 1 week is pretty much the best it's gonna get minus some swelling. There is no swelling to go down with this fat graft to make it look better - it was just a terrible fat graft. And my tummy where he took the fat is still lumpy and not symmetrical too. Don't do fat grafts with him, he literally aged me with a fat graft that was supposed to fill in my creases and make me look younger.
