Hi everyone. Now I am 5 days post op and I`m starting to feel great.
I am still very swollen and bruised, but I have managed to start exercise again. I started training my arms already on day 2 since I did not get any procedure done there, and my abs on day 3.
On day 3 I had my first Eximia treatment on my abs,back and arms, and only after one session I was 3 cm smaller around my waist and 2 cm around my arms. I am going to have 10 treatments on each area at the cost of 2500 usd (back,abs,arms,butt,thighs,calves)

One thing more, thanks to everyone that has recommended the Arnica Montana pills ( They REALLY work) I am a person who bruise very easily and it has always taken a loooooooong time before it goes away. Now after only 2 days on the pills, my biggest bruises are lightening in color .
One thing that has bothered me with my garment is that it feels a bit uncomfortable against my skin, and hurts when I pull it on, but today I put on a pair of silky like undergarment that goes from my waist to my knee and my garment just slides on almost without discomfort and it feels great against my skin..
