I have wanted to have this procedure done since...
I have wanted to have this procedure done since the birth of my first child. I was barely 100 lbs and delivered a 9 lbs baby all while gaining 72 lbs. Then with my second child I gained 85 lbs, (totaling at 220lbs!) and delivered a 10+lbs baby, luckily I lost the weight by sadly i was completely stretched out! Naturally I was afraid of the pain and recovery but I also dealt with the guilt of feeling selfish and vain. Once I spoke with Dr Sofer he assured me that while I am a great candidate, it would be best to wait until I am sure and to weigh my options. It felt great to know that here's someone who doesn't just care about himself and his job but to really consider what I'm doing to myself and to be sure it's what I want. I already trusted his skill level so after a few years of going back and forth I finally decided to go for it and it was the best choice I've made.

Dr Sofer is a talented, approachable, and very knowledgeable physician. He listens to what your expectations are as well as being realistic about your results. Even going above the realm of expectations, during an unrelated emergency. I'm very happy I had my procedure done and when more satisfied with my results. I will be continuing to go to him for any future work.
