31 yo, 34HH Reduction with Full Trunk Lipo in Chicago - Chicago, IL
ORIGINAL POST
I'm gearing up for my breast reduction surgery...
WORTH IT$15,000
I'm gearing up for my breast reduction surgery here in Chicago - 13 days and counting! My surgeon also includes liposuction of the underarm area at the same time, which I am very thankful for. I've also opted to have him perform liposuction of my entire trunk (full back and bra line, upper and lower abdomen, upper flanks) during the procedure, and may also write a separate review for the liposuction alone.
I am currently a 34HH, and hope to go down to a 34E. I don't think much smaller would look right on my 5'7", 190 lb. frame. I haven't been able to get any specific cup size expectations out of the doctor, so I don't have any expectation for a certain size. Just hope that they are proportional, perky, and still boobalicious! Fiancé will be the MOST sad if they are anything but.
I was also just recently diagnosed with a brain tumor - a pituitary prolactinoma. So my prolactin hormone levels have been super elevated for a long time, and I attribute a number of symptoms including weight gain and breast size increase over the past 6 years to this hormone imbalance. It is possible that I may lose weight and my breasts may shrink as my prolactin levels are restored to normal, but I'm still going through with the surgery because I believe there are some issues that weight loss just won't correct (sagging, deflated breasts; underarm and belly fat that just won't bulge)!
Please pray for me that all goes well, and I've made the right choice for my body. Cheers to a healthier 2017!

Hey how much is full trunk lipo? Im from chicago as well.

Hi there, the lipo portion of my procedure cost $6,976, including facility and anesthesia fees. This was above and beyond whatever is yet to be billed to my insurance for the breast reduction (which includes underarm lipo). I paid $2500 each for lipo of the full abdomen and full back, and believe Dr Galiano added in the flank and mons areas and called it "full trunk" without additional charge to get the best results.

I think I'll just post about both the breast reduction and liposuction all on this one review. Why complicate things? So here are my before photos in full, embarrassing exposure.

you will be so happy after you get a breast reduction, I know I am. I was I36 now Im D38 Im way more comfortable and it feels great to be perky. You just need to be patient when it comes to healing it takes awhile Im on weeks 4 post op but they look and feel great so far, I can start on my scar treatment now....Mine looked a lot like yours before picture I have a review up if you want to take a look but all I have is pictures from 6 days after the op I can't post pictures with my phone now for some reason but your lucky to get liposuction I wish I would have done that too. Happy healing and best of luck

I got a reduction 6 weeks ago and it was the best thing I ever did for myself.
I am sorry you have a prolactinoma and hope the treatment is manageable and successful. I certainly hope you can manage that without invasive treatment.
You know your body and will be aware the hormone imbalance is causing your physical issues.
As I say I reckon you're brave to undergo major surgery and sincerely hope that all the procedures are completely successful.
You'll be needing a lot of rest and support: I expect the support is already sorted.
I wish you well for a streamlined and very in proportion new real you and good healing.
