Thank you for your thread & pictures. You look lovely. Can you detail, after your surgeries, what you had done. You mentioned the PRP treatment with microneedling which, from experience is good for the skin but other than temporary swelling will do nothing for deep lines. Did you have the PRP injected into the lines at a deeper level? was filler added as well? Did you have it done more than once - any info like this would be much appreciated. I, like you had surgery & am very happy with results but looking for improvement with naso & marionette area

I continue to do maintenance procedures after the surgeries I had which were years ago. Besides the platelet injections I had laser under my eyes both on the skin to reduce wrinkling and internal under my eyes to tighten them up. Botox also helps greatly with this. The platelet injections plump my face as well. The marionette lines were mostly illuminated with my mid face lift which Dr. Byun did so skillfully. And it was at least 12 years ago and lasted. I'm sure the platelet injections help that also. Everyone's face and needs are different. See what doctor Byun says about your marionette lines. If anyone can work wonders, he's the man.

I'll be 65 in June. Dr. Byun has done all my surgeries, mid-lift, lower-lift, brow-lift etc... The structure of my face is great! My face is thin so there is some volume loss and my skin is thin and has some wrinkling. This is my new favorite procedure! Dr. Byun takes my blood and spins it to separate the white and red blood cells. He then injects only the white cells back into my face using a micro tunneling technique that no other doctor does to make sure they stay in the right area and don't migrate in places where you don't want them. This is different from filler injections because it is a series of treatments that helps rebuild new collagen cells. Filler injections go away as time goes by where this leads to more permanent, natural results. This is perfect for someone who is looking for a natural alternative. I'm posting right after the procedure and three days after. There is no makeup on my face and I still have some swelling and bruising, but already I can see that my face is smoother. Best maintenance routine ever!

Hi there. I had more platelets and some underceye internal and external laser. Dr Byun really minimized my under eye wrinkles. How are you?? I love that guy!!!!

I do need to get a recent picture! In terms of the price I really couldn't say because everyone's procedure is different.
How much was this procedure? Is this the same as microneedling? Thank you
