Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Changing faces

See how my face has changed since the start of my journey.
So much as changed in me and around me since this process began.
It have not been easy but it is defo something I could recommend especially for health reasons.
It wiped out my blood pressure, which could not be controlled by medicine, for over 15 years.

And here we are after nearly 3 years later....... Am Sooo glad I did it.

So I am about 63kg and have been around this weight for about 18 months.

I have been very lucky and have no spare skin except just under my belly.
Not much as a bikini is so not a problem.
I do have stretch marks but that is so not a problem either.
I wear 8-10 in UK sizes now.

The only thing I can say is Some foods I really do not enjoy any more. I do often feel nauseous, but it is something I have learnt to deal with.

I do eat a lot more in one sitting, than when I first had the op. What happens is I get full at the time then I can not eat for a long while afterwards.
Its called balance. By they way this is just what has worked for me.

Came off my blood pressure meds in January 2018, not bad do you think

I have only been to the gym once in the 3 years since my operation.
All my weight came off by walking
Walking for miles.......
At least 10,000 steps Mon-Fri. Averaged out at about 12,000 per day during the week.
Saturdays and Sundays I would do about 22,000 steps and I do mean on both days.

If anyone has any questions I am happy to help.

Summer Hot Hot Hot....

All is well.
No regrets

Happy happy happy.. Wearing a size UK 10.
Clavicles darling clavicles.
