I Had a Terrible Experience with the Staff
Dr. Bradford is fine, but he has the worst staff. I took my son to see Dr. Bradford, he is a fine physician, but he has terrible staff. I confirmed my benefits with my insurance before the visit, I was supposed to pay only $40 , but at the checkout they charged me $436.92 , when I tried to explain to front desk staff that she was wrong, she wouldn’t listen.
After I paid and left the office, I called my insurance again to confirm the benefits, the insurance company said I was supposed to pay only $40. I called the office next day to have it cleared, the front office lady said it’s too late to have it refunded, I supposed to request that yesterday, and now I have to wait three to four weeks for refund.
