WORTH IT
After spending months grappling with the disappointing results of fat dissolving injections, which left my chin and jawline noticeably uneven, I felt stuck and increasingly despondent. My journey towards rectifying this led me to Dr Bayati, the lead Endolift trainer, and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of transformative.
From the very first consultation, Dr Bayati set realistic expectations, alleviating my apprehensions. His command over the science and art of Endolift is unparalleled, and it's evident he is in a league of his own. He knows precisely how to manipulate energy levels to target the right areas, achieving extraordinary results that I couldn't have even hoped for.
Having scoured London for practitioners, I've seen my fair share of poor work. Dr Bayati's results are a breath of fresh air in an industry that, quite frankly, can be hit or miss. His adeptness not only lies in his technical skills but also in his eye for aesthetic detail. He truly is an artist in his field.
What sets Dr Bayati apart, even more, is his authenticity. He is a genuinely caring physician who prioritises his patients' wellbeing above all else. He will tell you the truth, whether it's what you want to hear or not, and that's something exceedingly rare these days.
If you're considering undergoing an Endolift procedure, or if you've had one with less-than-stellar results, do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Dr Bayati. While you can certainly marvel at his work on Instagram, nothing compares to experiencing his skill firsthand. I couldn't be happier with my results and I hope this review serves as a strong recommendation for anyone still on the fence. Dr Bayati is truly exceptional, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I could not agree more!!! I had endolift in lower face and upper neck about 2 weeks ago. Dr Bayati was absolutely wonderful. It was like meeting an old friend. He is highly skilled, and an International Endolift trainer, which would have been easy for him, building on his pre-existing skill-set of interventional radiology (hospital doctor). He is very careful and will assess the firmness of the tissue and preservation of the smile line (on top of avoiding danger zone), several times during the endolift procedure. The downtime has been low, with mild swelling and a bit of bruising. However, this downtime is far more pleasant than other cosmetic treatments. Facial strap for 3 days (as close to 24h per day), means that ideally you would want to stay home. If you get a bruise, you may wish to hide for up to 10days, until that is gone. There has been no pain (just sore to touch).
Both he and his PA Christina are contactable at all times, should there be a need.
The results are progressive and I will have to wait, but already my jowls are significantly improved and I opted for fat reduction in lower face which has given me some lovely contouring visible despite the mild swelling. (55y old, with good skin quality but moderate skin laxity). Previous other treatments had no effect (radio frequency x2, ultrasound x 2). If you are considering endolift, have a look at Dr Mostafa Bayati's instagram page, to appreciate the work he has done over the years. Many other websites will advertise 'magic treatments' and use photos from the companies that supply the machines (age-get, software etc). I no longer believe in a few photos on a website. Different lighting, different angles etc. In contrast Dr Mostafa Bayati has many photos and videos from his own patients, who are so loyal they are happy to share online.
I am delighted to have found Dr Bayati, as he will now be my one-stop solution, for looking as refreshed as possible for my age, in a natural way, without costing a fortune either. He is offering excellent clinical care at reasonable costs. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your review, very reassuring! Do you mind me asking how long the swelling last? Some people saying it was horrendous for weeks..

I went back to check my photos. I had some mild swelling along the jaw line and under the chin, for a few days.(the under chin area felt a bit hard). This was not easily noticeable with my shoulder-length hair down and a 'neck warmer' . Swelling would vary between individuals, but certainly mine was mild and not troublesome at all.
I did have bruising on one side of the neck, which can happen (no way of controlling or predicting this). I looked as if I had bumped against a ‘kitchen cupboard’. I kept the neck warmer on during the day to hide the bruising, if I was going out of the house. By day 12, I looked absolutely fine and no one could tell I had anything done. I think it works best to do during winter when scarves or neck warmers can be worn (mainly to hide bruising in neck). I had more bruising than what I have seen in most reviews. It is 10 months since my endolift, and my jowls continue to improve! Which is amazing, and I was not expecting it. Jowls are only mild now. Neck and jaw line, are much better, as I had asked for the settings that achieve fat loss. I know there is a lot of talk on preserving facial fat, but not when the neck looks 'fat'. I was happy to lose fat from my lower face and neck. (The settings can be such, to avoid fat loss, if that is what one would prefer).
Dr Mostafa Bayati does not do endolift around eyes. Much later, I did contact the office of a well-respected consultant ophthalmologist to enquire (for under eyes rejuvenation/collagen production by endolift) and they no longer provide it, as they did not have the desired results. So, I would be careful and not consider endolift for eyes, even though several practitioners provide it.
I was planning on repeating the endolift over the cheeks, jaw line and neck at 12months, to give it some extra collagen boost, but the improvement is such, that I will postpone for 6 monthss to a year. I am the happiest on how I look, in the last 10years. Sorry for not adding photos, but I have not been open about it!
If you go ahead, take collagen supplements too. Follow the post-procedure instructions (with lymphatic massage) etc.
I would strongly advise against any radiofrequency microneedling, like Morpheus 8 (other brands around too). That was on my shortlist before doing endolift. All one has to do is look at groups in facebook like facial damage from radiofrequency and lasers support group.
I should say, that perhaps some people are lucky and have no bruising at all and minimal swelling and can therefore describe endolift as having 'almost no downtime'. I think one should expect some downtime in the first few days, with much improvement at one week and almost complete recovery with no signs of bruising/swelling at two weeks. All the best!
