I am so happy with my new boobs. I went from a C to a D, nothing drastic. I have a concave chest so my nipples were a little cross eyed and I couldn't wear certain bikinis and low cut tops because of that, you could always see them in the middle of my chest. Now that I got the silicone gel, they are perfect. I honestly could not be happier with the way they turned out. Worth every penny.
