After 18 months my nipples have now gone back to often being inverted

My initial experience was good. I traveled from out of town to get my inverted nipples corrected. This was not cheap (around $4300 total). I chose Dr S because of the great reviews. The initial result was good BUT the reason I can only give two stars is because after 18 months my nipples have now gone back to often being inverted. His office responded after 3 months to say Dr S can try to fix them but it’ll be another $2500. Which honestly seems outrageous. I expected to pay maybe $500 for the facility but this is just money grabbing. I now feel like I wasted my time, effort and hard earned cash. Very disappointing.
