Being flat chested has always been my biggest insecurity. I have always been the butt of everyone's jokes. With 385cc I'm now extremely happy with my D cup bust. Surgery was scheduled 2 weeks from my consultation! I'm only a week and a half post op but am loving my results thus far. Recovery is hard the first few days but I'm up and about and doing most of my daily routine again - just no exercise or lifting heavy objects

Welcome to the community and thanks so much for offering your opinion of your doctor.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

Our community members especially love seeing photos from before, during, and after — a realistic look at what they can expect. Photos grab the attention of the community and encourage more support for you.

As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.

I got them because I was insecure about my flat chest. I have tattoos that can been seen in pictures so won't be uploading any pictures sorry. With recovery the best thing to do is to get up and move around. Take it easy sure but I find the quicker your up and doing things the quicker you will recover. At a week and a half post op the only thing I can't do is pick my child up. I probably could I feel that good but don't want to do any damage. Sleeping is the biggest issue for me. I managed the pain ok so saved my a done to go to bed each night. Best to build a pillow fort and sleep on a 45 degree angle. The only con I have experienced is not being able to pick my child up, in saying that a pro is my partner is playing mum and dad at the moment and it's a nice and deserved break.

My biggest advice to people unless you are really sure on your size, go up one size of what you were thinking. Everyone I spoke to who has breast implants told me to do so and I'm so so happy I did.
