I've been wanting this since I was 14. I have this bump in my nose and it makes my pictures look very awful. I'm going for the rhinoplasty next summer hopefully. It was honestly a very hard decision to take, but what made me comfortable to go for it are the pictures of other patients' results. If you are having the same problem, just be brave enough to get what you want :) I'm flying all the way from Saudi Arabia to US for this opportunity.

Hey Lama , i had a rhinoplasty back in Saudi when i was 19 and i'm planing to get another one because i'm not happy with the results , your nose looks amazing ! I want to lift the tip of my nose but i'vent find a good Dr yet .. " i don't feel comfortable with posting my pics either so i feel ya girl " .. What's the name of your Dr ? And are satisfied with the final results ?

I'm 100% satisfied with my results!! His name is Vladimor Grigoryants and I'd totally recommend him. You'll be in good hands. He gives natural results.

I'm sure others will like following your experience. I owe so much to this website as I learned a lot from it and didn't want to tell too many people in real life. One piece of advice I would like to give is to pick a surgeon who has done MANY (hundreds) of noses similar to yours and given good results. You're traveling from KSA to LA so you must make sure you pick the most experienced surgeon to make it worth it! Your nose is cute from the front and a little altering on the bridge will give you a cute profile!

I'm in a hard decision at the moment. I don't know if I want to go with Dr.Grigoryants or Dr.Domanskis. I've seen really good results of Dr.Grigoryants' work, and some people on here recommended him. I had my consulation with Dr.Domanskis but nothing is assured until now. I just wanted to see the fee of surgery and he is one of the top doctors rated on Realself and so is Grigoryants. I'm going to need your help by showing me results of Dr.Domanskis' work on rhinoplasty. This will help me to take the decision and I'd really appreciate you guys' support! :)
