When you had 700 replaced after breastfeeding u didn't need a lift?
In the picture i had 700cc while i was breast feeding. And once I dried up, my skin was so stretched out. What really bothered me was, when I would lie down, both breasts would fall completly over to my sides. So I literally had a flap chest!! Breast feeding really causes alot of stretching and loss of tissue. But to answer your question, my doctor said I really didnt need one, so all I did was go alot bigger basically the size I was during breast feeding, to fill up all that extra skin. And i really happy, that I didnt do the lift. Since they are big, i still wanted to look as natural as I could, by leaving them in the same positon.
That's exactly my situation...I breastfeed now want revision and I think Gpoing a little bigger would help..I don't want a lift..I had one the first time

Then u shoyldnt need a lift. If you feel they are a little, then going bigger will help fill them in and still have a more natural look. Most implants end up so high, that its obvious their fake

I dont blame you girl. I have had nothing but money hungary Ps, that did nothing but take my money. From the year 2000-till now. Until i found my dream doctor here in cali... So if u in any way feel like your not 100% happy with that doctor, then girl hes not the one. After having alot of experience in this type of surgery, I promise you, when u know u found the best doctor for you,, You should Have zero doubt or question. U should be able to give that doctor 5 STARS..I told my last doctor, that if i could i would kiss her, thats how happy i was to finally find a doctor that, wasnt in it for the money and did everything I asked and more.. Are u willing to travel? What state r u in?

Girl i recommend my doctor.. There are only two doctors in california that do xlarge augmentation. Now what i mean is, they specialize in large implants well over, 600cc's. The doctors are Amy Bandy in newport beach ( Which she was mine) and doctor Pousti in san diago. Avery other doctor in california, will tell u, they will do their best to get u as close to the size u want, but they all lie. They give u small implants, so that every woman they see ends up coming back, because their not big enough...IM SO SICK OF DOCTORS, doing that. Dr pousti's price was 2000 more than my doctor.
             wow! your very brave to be awake during surgery! i cant believe you didnt experience any discomfort or pain! i had my revision done under local and i was awake too! i was in alot off pain i did not like it at all! i perfer to be asleep! by the way you look fabulous! 
Well thank you. And what all was involved in your revision? I know a revision can be many different things.. But im so shockedto hear youwere in pain!! Mine was so easy, but mine was only a implant exchange, with some tissue lifted to have better clevage, andof course lot more saline. But easy as hell!!! Let mo no what was involved in yours.
             i just had the pocket in my right breast losen so my implant would drop evenly with the left breast! the implant was left inside of me! my ps at the time worked around it! the procedure didnt work for me! i ended having and implant change with a different profile done! i also had an internal bra done too! im much happier with my results right now! 
What does internal bra mean?
             internal sutures around the breast implants to keep my implants from sagging and falling to the sides plus it helpes my breast to sit up high without wearing a push up!

Congratulations! Glad to hear you're happy with your results and your PS. Love all your photos...especially the photos of you awake during surgery. Very cool! Do you think it was easier to be awake because you already had implants? Just wondering if you think it would be more painful during your first BA to be awake? Have fun with your new look. Where have you found the larger cute bras? Larger breasted women always are inquiring about this!

Hi, to be honest its probably not something a 1st time BA, patient should consider. This is a good question, because first time is by far the hardest. So im mainly explaining my story to women, who have struggled with more than one BA, and r still not happy with the results...Now as for the bra. Man, it is no lie, finding a cute bra in a J or K cup is so hard. I just got lucky and found online.
Interesting pics if you awake during your surgery! I think I would be scared to be in more pain during local but I do like the idea of getting to see how you look before finishing. Glad your happy. :)

Thanks for the updated photo! You look great! I was thinking you might want to also start a Forum on finding cute bras for larger breasted women. Do you "feel" like you need to sleep in a bra to keep your breasts from sagging or is it okay to go without one? I have heard mixed doctor opinions on this issue. 

Thank you. I not going to lie, I love sleeping without a bra but its true, you really need to sleep with one on but I dont recommend just any bra. You dont want it too tight to cause pain. I bought one of those really soft seamless bras, without wire just to hold me together, at night but still very comfortable. If you do not wear a bra faithfully, then u will end up sagging and more stretched out over time. So I recommend it for sure. Surgery is not cheap, and it will keep from having to go spend more down the road for a lift. You know I may just do that, on the bra forum. Thanks Again

That makes sense...comfort without a bra, but long term, it might be a good precautionary measure to wear a bra at night. Looking forward to your Forum post! :)

I was reading you comments about breast feeding but couldn't find do you have saline or silicone? I have gummy bear silicone and I am 6 months pregnant. I have been on this website like crazy trying to see if anyone had implants while breast feeding. Mine are 625... 5ft tall. I want to try and breast feed but I most likey won't do it for that long. How much did yours stretch and sag after?

Will you take them out when your older? Them things are huge cant imagine being an older lady with them, lol cool surgery!
Im sure eventually, when im much much older, i will let some out. I guess it will depend on what my body says. But as for now, Im happy with the size.. Thanks,

I don't think that's an option lol don't I have to be laying down?
While u r laying down they will put a drape up, to block your view unless u request to watch. But you need to ask to see them before they close you up, so i can make sure they are the size you want. Too many of us, leave surgery wishing we had gone a little bigger. No matter what you decide remember the size you see in surgery is already swollen. So keep that in mind. Good luck. Keep me posted on how yours goes.
Just for your question. You are laying down, but they can prop your head up to look. I requested to watch everything, so you can see in my pics, my head was propped up just enough to see.
I think I rather lay so he can access the muscle better. I ll ask him to raise me before he closes the incision:)) thanx I ll keep everyone updated!!!! I can't wait. I know the size is swollen that's why I want to try to go 50 cc more than my desired size:))
Yes I agree. There is nothing worse than, getting home and once all the swelling is gone, its alot smaller than u expected.

Well things may be a little different for you then. Since the silicone implants are pre filled. You may have a little more pulling and tugging than I had. But even that shouldn't cause pain. Good luck
