Gynecomastia Excision with SmartLipo - Newport Beach, CA

I'm a 35 year old very active man that has been working out for years. Having been obese before and lost 100 lbs, my body went through noticeable changes that could not be resolved from diet and exercise alone. Most recently, I've had my body fat the lowest it's ever been in the single digits, and noticed lumps under both of my nipples, which was confirmed as gynecomastia by ultrasound. I came to Dr. Hendricks having been to him before since he had worked on some of my loose skin removal with excellent results. His assessment was that he could remove the the gland easily since my body fat was so low with great results and minimal scarring and recovery time. The surgery center staff was very comforting and it was over before I realized it. 5 days out I feel pretty much no pain, just mild discomfort as I have to wear a very tight compression garment. I've had chest workouts that have made me more sore than the surgery! Dr Hendricks saw me the next day and I was able to see my chest for the first time and already noticed an amazing difference, despite the swelling and bruising I still had. He told me although I had very little fat to liposuction, the SmartLipo was able to tighten some of the skin of the chest wall which improved the position of my nipples which was great to hear!. He and his staff have been nothing short of amazing through this process, always contacting me for reminders and to check up on my general wellbeing. I highly recommend paying him a visit as he has extensive years of training and research and genuinely cares for the results and wellbeing of his patients.
