Dr. Robert Kessler Provides Excellent Service. Newport Beach, CA

Dr. Robert Kessler and his staff are very supportive, informative and professional. Dr. Robert Kessler performed a brow lift and eyelid surgery to correct my droopy upper eyelids. I have not had any plastic surgery or any other surgery prior to having this work done by Dr. Robert Kessler. I was very afraid of doing elective surgery but my brow and eyelids were so bad that it impaired my vision. I knew that the condition would just get worse because my father had the same issue. After my initial visit with Dr. Robert Kessler I knew I wanted to get the work done and have Dr. Kessler be my surgeon but as I stated, I was very afraid. It took several visits to Dr. Kesslers office and having him go through all my options, which he was happy to do, before I agreed to schedule surgery. Everyone at Dr. Robert Kessler's office was very supportive, kind and helpful during all my visits to the office. On the day of surgery, the surgery center staff was supportive and they even let my sister sit with me during the prep work to help me keep calm. The surgery center staff all had wonderful things to say about Dr. Robert Kessler as a surgeon. Post-op recovery was not as bad as I thought it would be and I realized I did not have a reason to be as afraid of the procedure as I was in the initial office visits. I did not experience any real pain. For me, the recovery was not painful but more like a discomfort. I followed doctors orders on medication and pain control and never had any complications or pain. The strangest part was on the second day when swelling is at the highest point but I continued using lots of ice and this phase of recovery did not last that long. After one week, the stiches in my eyelids were removed and after that I was back to work. Althought I still had some visible healing to do on my eyelids when I went back to work, the healing area was not obvious to the casual passer-by. After two weeks, even people that knew I had the surgery did not notice any healing areas. I am so happy with the work Dr. Robert Kessler has done to improve my vision and the way I look. I look perfectly natural. People that have known me for a long time say I look like my younger self. They are amazed that I had any surgery done at all. I am so glad I had this work done. I can see better, the heavy feeling on my eyelids is gone and I look like me again! I highly reccomend Dr. Robert Kessler and his staff and the surgery center to anyone that is thinking of having plastic surgery to improve drooping eye brow and lids. This relatively simple procedure, that I was so afraid of at first, done by this very skilled, kind, patient Doctor, has improved the quality of my life.
