Hello Everyone!
I'm late again. Like 6 months late! But better late than never! I hope everyone is doing well. My breasts are officially over 6 years old. Happy Belated Boobaversary to me! Everything is fine with my breasts. They feel just as good as ever. Soft and squishy. Yes. I still sleep in a bra every single night. I feel it helps keep my breasts from getting saggy. If Im going to be running, riding horses,,,or any type of exercise, I wear two sports bras at the same time to keep my boobs secure and put. During summer I will go braless for certain dresses or outfits. But, when I get home, back on with the bra. LOL! I'm old enough for mammograms and they go smoothly each year. No biggie. I'm still over the moon happy with my results. Worth every penny!!!

Happy 5 Year Boobaversary To Me!
Hello Everyone!!!!
I'm late!!! I'm very, very late!!! I celebrated my 5 year Boobaversary on January 16th!! Everything is wonderful, and nothing about my breasts have changed. They have been great. I do not have any pain. Ever. And, they are just part of my body. I still take very good care of them. I wear a bra most of the time, and go braless on special occasions. More in summer. I AM still in love with them,,,,,even after all this time. They have boosted my confidence, and I wear just about anything I want now. Its been life changing in the best possible ways. For those that are new to my journey, yes, I still have feeling and sensation in both of my breasts and nipples. For scars, I used Scar Away Silicone strips. I used them for about a year. I sleep in any kind of light support sports bra. I purchase most of mine from Amazon, and I like the type that has like 5 hooks that close in the front. My best advice to anyone who is having a breast lift with implants: PLEASE follow the plastic surgeons instructions to the letter. Do not deviate from any instructions you are given. Be patient because you wont know what your final results look like for several weeks. Take good care of yourself, because the healing is a process. Wow! I just stumbled across your reviews & am so thankful! I’m 1 week post-op, breast implant exchange with anchor lift. I will 100% be purchasing some silicone sheets now.. Your scars healed so nicely!! Would you recommend using any creams/gels as well? Thanks!!

Thank You so very much for your comment. Congrats on your implant exchange and lift!!!! Yes, the silicone sheets are amazing. I use them for all scars. Please keep in mind it takes time. Be patient and Consistent. I did not use any creams or gels.But, it can't hurt to try multiple scar treatments.

I used Scar Away Silicone. You can find them in any drugstore or Amazon. I cut them to fit my scars. I wore them everyday, 24/7 for bit over a year. I took them off when I showered. I think they are amazing!

Do you have to sleep in a sports bra , what difference would it make if you didn’t? I’m considering procedure

No, you don't have to wear a sports bra to sleep in. I do it because my plastic surgeon recommends it to all his patients. The bra keeps the breasts tight to the body. Helps keep the skin from stretching.
My breasts are over 5 years old, and still look as good as when I had the surgery.
So, I do recommend it. But, no, you do not have to.

And, that's okay,,,I know people are busy. I thought, that I would stop for a few minutes on my Boobaversary, and just try to update, and show how they are looking after another year has passed. I plan to do this for as long as I can. LOL!!! Thanks again!
