36 Yrs Old 5'4, 120, 3 Kids, 3rd Set, Going on 4 Trying to Fix Rippling Since Swap 1 Yr Ago Going with Natrelle Inspira Srx? -CA

So I'm like all you others trying to gather info about how to fix my rippling problem with my small frame and this will be my 4th implants since I was 18. I had my most recent B/A one year ago because of capsular contracture. If it wasn't for the capsule I loved my implants. So I tried to replace them and I was so disappointed. Rippling in both, not much upper pole volume despite high profile. A little too big. I have scoliosis so my back is cubed I have one breast that needs to be bigger then the other so I went 650/670. These weighed me down and the rippling issue.now I need a full lift and obviously replacement.
I've done a lot of research and I'm definitely going with Natrelle Inspira smooth ( I researched that the textured give traction rippling) I'm also trying to prevent capsular again by placing tiger matrix and to help with the holding them up since I have thin skin.
I hope I'm right in my decision but I'm going with srx-560 and srx-580.
I chose this based on my current implant with and projection.
Currently in a 14.2 cm with 5.9 projection at 650 Ccs and 14.5 cm width 6.2 projection at 700 Ccs.
I will post a photo of the chart for Inspira, but with a lift in not going to be as wide as I currently am, and j don't want synemastia. I do want slightly more projection and upper pole, and I do want to go smaller.
I've narrowed down to 2 options but am really leaning toward the first I lost because I would rather be perky and smaller. Then go too big with these tra high profiles. But I did ask my doctor to pick two sets of sizes as my husband knows what I want and gets to come in the room and ok the size during surgery!
Here's my choice: Inspira Srx-580 has a 13.50 6.4 projection
Srx-615 has a 13.75 and a 6.4 projection as well.
My backup sizes are Srx-560 and Srx-650.
I really get irritated trying on bras and it's noticeable that I have two different size and projection implants so I think this may solve my issue with that. Picking the same projection, but like I said I do need one slightly smaller because of my back.
Ive decided it's probably smarter to go with a smaller per implant width because when I get my lift obviously my width gets smaller as they go higher on my chest.
Mind u my doc says I measure a 12cm width per implant but I was able to fit 14.2 cm and 14.5 currently with at least an inch gap.
With Inspira there are 4 projections. So don't get confused by high profile and extra-high profile. The high profile have a larger width then th extra high. And like I said I want slightly more upper pole projection.
So here's my thoughts, hope I can help some who are or were just as confused what to do as I was.
I don't even know if I am making the right decision but I think I am. After all this isn't my first rodeo!
