5'2, 180 lbs 695 cc Inspira silicone under muscle

Hello- I'm a chubby frame 27 years old, 5'2 at 175 lbs. I can't recall how big my breast was when I was 18 years...I could have sworn I was a C cup. Then I lost weight and met my husband at 170lbs when I was 20. Love and food managed to get me up to a whooping 215 lbs by the time I was 25. With diet and exercise for the past 2 yrs I've been loosing the weight steadily and now I'm almost back to my goal weight **yay** But my boobs have been MIA also. I have been wearing size 38B the last couple yrs-Today, my expensive 38B Victoria secret push up bra is empty and useless.... with nothing to push up, in, or out :'(I scheduled a consultation with Dr Taneja. I know we (hubby and I) are not in the position to make an expense on 'wants' at this time. My husband was a bit disappointed when I told him about my consult, he said I should just wait til next year. NEXT YEAR! So that my surgery price is accurate. But the consult is free, and I thought it wouldn't hurt to just hear a PS opinion on BA size etc. I tried to explain to him it's not like I'm going in to sign up for surgery. I understand, he doesn't want me to get overexcited about it and disappointed that I can't have it done just yet. But I can dream, can't I?

So I had a consultation with Dr. Taneja in July 2017 (referred by my mom who was referred by her neighbor)... I went in with my sister in law and to be honest- I have looked on RS and all over online about questions and what to ask and get surgeons opinions, etc... I FORGOT IT ALL! I was so freakin' excited about those darn sizer and to try them on and see myself with projection.

Clinic was clean. I went to the one in Newport Beach, they were in the process of moving to the lower floor. Hopefully a bigger suite since the waiting room was relatively small.

About the surgeon- he made me feel very comfortable. Right away he congratulated me on losing at least 30 lbs (without me saying I lost weight)- It made me feel good. He asked what I was looking more forward to, cleavage or volume, asked if I had any idea on implants choice etc. He said he performs saline and silicone equally but suggested in my case since I would consider pregnancy in the future, that saline will sit up higher and so when the breasts enlarge with milk, they will drop a bit- vs if i get silicone, they will sit lower in a more natural look but may drop lower and could need a lift depending on pregnancies, etc. I was leaning towards saline in the beginning anyways so I felt good to hear that.


Sizers- Ashley, the wonderful consultant, assisted me in the sizers and gave me good tips. She also flashed me with her boobs, per my request, which Dr. Taneja did for her 9 yrs ago and let me tell you they look AMAZING! She let me touch them as I was more concerned about being able to feel a 'bag' in there or a fake feeling. She did say what I read everywhere, when in doubt, go a bit bigger! So when it came down to the sizers, I kept getting excited and wanted bigger and bigger- until eventually reached 650 overfilled to 700ccs. I know this sounds huge but I have lost a lot of volume so when we were in the office getting my price quote Dr. T walked in and asked what I decided on. When I told him he jokingly said, "You're gonna make me have a seizure!" (*side note; I had a seizure in March- stress and anxiety induced)

After the appt, Dr. T was all I could think of- him and his work on my boobies. I got home and my husband called me over. He asked to see the paperwork, (I played dumb) "what paperwork? I got nothing." He said, "Jess, let me see it"

After talking about it I said 'look, it doesn't mean I am booking a surgery right now, but I still want to have other consultations to compare and make sure I go with who I feel comfortable'

He said ok and will want to go with me to further consultations. I have 2 other consultations lined up in the next week-

I'm seeing Dr. Joaquin Ayala del Muro at Baja Plastic Surgery and Medspa in Tijuana, Mexico on Saturday 10/07/2017. My coworker had a total body make over 2 months ago and she is looking amazing. Her scars have healed so well and since she lost so much weight after a bypass, I can't believe what she is looking like now. She is in her early 40's and HER mom had silicone aug and lipo done 3 weeks ago with same ps.

I am also seeing Dr. Kyle Song from South Coast Plastic Surgery in Irvine on Monday 10/09/2017 referred by my husband's cousin (aka my godson's mom) who has had a tt and lipo sculpture done with him, along with hydrofacials and botox. She has gained some weight and is currently having sx with him at the end of Oct for lipo everywhere and I believe more of a BBL type of procedure.

I will let you all know how my next 2 appts go- and as far as Dr. T goes, I'm not crossing him off my list! I will be booking another consult with him so my hubby can go with me.

Although I’m not sure how my back might take it- I’m considering going from my current 38B (I think) to a D possibly DD.

Hubby and I, mostly I, set my budget and Since I’m consulting in Tijuana I am also looking in to add some lipo in my abdomen area. Even asking Dr. T for another quote when I go back to see him
