How do I know?
I have had surgeries done with 3 different plastic surgeons. When I had work done with the first one, I thought my results were the best they could be, but I was not satisfied, so I consulted with many more doctors and then had a second one work on me, to improve the results of the first doctor. I really thought that had to be the best it could be, but I was definitely wrong! When I had surgery with Dr. Agha, I knew that I had truly found the BEST PLASTIC SURGEON I would ever find.
My story of what I went through before and after meeting Dr. Agha:
As an infant, I nearly died and had to be operated on 3 times to save my life. These operations left me with an awful thick and railroad-track-like vertical scar that was at least 6 inches long that started next to the top of my mons pubis and went straight through my belly button and above it by at least an inch and a half. I kept my scar a secret my entire life, from everyone I possibly could, especially because I knew how cruel young people could be. After having 6 children and 2 miscarriages and then dealing with an unfaithful husband, I decided to undergo surgery to get rid of the scar that made me feel so self-conscious. No one would have ever guessed how I felt as I was an outgoing person, growing up I had a lot of confidence in myself. I just felt that it was time to be me without the awful scar, since it was possible to be so.
1st Plastic Surgeon Surgeries:
Procedures:
• Tummy Tuck to remove childhood scar
• Form some kind of a belly button (It was believed that it had been cut out during the surgeries as an infant).
Tummy Tuck: The tummy tuck surgery left a scar that healed close together, as I was very careful not to put strain on it, but it had issues due to how the incisions were made. Instead of a nice straight line, I had a scar that zig-zagged above my mons pubis, and from the right and left sides of my mons pubis to my sides it was straight, but quite noticeable “dog ears” were left behind at both ends of the scar. I could never understand how the doctor could not make a straight line all the way across. I was very much bothered by the zig-zagging, especially since it was right above my pubic area.
A very important thing I learned when meeting with Doctor Ahga is that this Doctor #1 had only given me half of a tummy tuck. He noticed that my stomach protruded out past my ribs above my belly button, but was pulled tight and flat under my belly button. It bothered me, but I did not realize that I had basically been cheated out of a complete tummy tuck, in which the muscles are to be tightened above and below the belly button.
Belly Button: My belly button was found underneath the scar tissue, however, the doctor was not able to connect it to my skin and make it look natural with at least some depth. It looked more like a scar just sitting on my stomach.
Revision
Belly Button Revision: I had Doctor #1 do a revision on my belly button, but the improvement was barely noticeable.
Not satisfied with the results, I went doctor hunting again.
2nd Plastic Surgeon Surgeries:
1st Surgery Combination
• Tummy Tuck Mini Revision to get rid of “dog ears” left from 1st surgery, and Doctor #2 said that he would fix the zig-zagged portion of my scar above my pubic area.
• Belly Button Revision
• Breast Lift
• Mini Back of Thighs Lift, just at the inner corners of the buttocks, not across the back of the thighs.
• Fat Transfer to lower portion of buttocks
Tummy Tuck Mini Revision (2nd Doctor): I was not happy with the Tummy Tuck Revision to get rid of the “dog ears,” as the scaring then had to go around into my back area. The scaring from the 1st surgery and the redo surgery crossed over each other a bit and one side was higher than the other, so it did not look very good. The doctor was also going to fix the zig-zagging of the scar, above my mons pubis, that the first doctor created, but he did not.
Belly Button Revision (2nd Doctor): My belly button was revised. Somehow, the doctor said he could not find the stalk of my belly button, and he thought it was no longer there, so I ended up with scaring that looked more like a belly button, but I had to be cut deep in this area and tried to keep an object in it while it healed, so it would not close on me. It was better than the results from Doctor #1.
Breast Lift: My breast-lift surgery resulted in way too much heaviness below my nipples. I believe that the nipples were raised a bit too much and then too much skin was left below the nipples, so a heavy look below the nipples was left, instead of a more balanced look with just enough fullness left above and below the nipples.
Mini Back of Thighs Lift (just at the inner corners of the buttocks, not across the back of the thighs): The doctor convinced me that this would give me a more rounded buttocks area, along with some fat transfer into the lower portion of my buttocks. I thought, “Okay, why not, since I was going to have several other things done at the same time anyway.” It did not do much rounding, and it did not heal well as the stitching did not stay together tightly for long enough.
Fat Transfer to Buttocks: I wanted some fat to be placed in the bottom portion of my buttocks, where some of the fat had depleted over the years from childbirth etc. The results left me without much change in the bottom portion of my buttocks, but it did something I really did not want and that was that somehow I ended up with fat in my hip areas. I ended up with rounded hips that I never had and certainly did not want.
2nd Surgery Combination and 1st Revisions
• Belly Button Revision (1st Revision)
• Breast Lift (1st Revision)
• Mini Back of Thighs Lift, just at the inner corners of the buttocks, not across the back of the thighs (1st Revision)
• Fat Transfer to lower portion of buttocks (1st Revision)
• Thigh Lift
Belly Button Revision #1 (2nd Doctor): After the fourth round to make my belly button look more like one, it ended up looking better than before, but it did not have much depth and I had to keep an object in it while it healed or it would just close on me.
Breast Lift Revision #1 (2nd Doctor): My breast lift was done a second time and it still needs to be redone, as there is still too much heaviness left below my nipples. Even though it was done a second time, the breasts still look bottom heavy, instead of having the fullness above and below the nipples even out.
Mini Back of Thighs Lift (just at the inner corners of the buttocks, not across the back of the thighs) Revision #1 (2nd Doctor): It did not do much rounding. It healed a bit better than the first time, but it was painful healing.
Fat Transfer to Buttocks Revision #1 (2nd Doctor): I wanted more fat to be placed in the bottom portion of my buttocks. I thought it would definitely make a difference the second time around. The fat transfer turned out to be not at all what I wanted. I only wanted some fat to be placed in the bottom portion of my buttocks, where some of the fat had depleted over the years from childbirth etc. The doctor somehow misunderstood and thought that I wanted a Jennifer Lopez Butt. The fat took well, but it was way more than I wanted. It was so hard to get a pair of pants to fit well. My belts would always get bent up because they could not lay flat like they did before I had anything done. Most of the fat ended up in the top portion of my buttocks and the bottom portion was still not well filled in.
Thigh Lift (2nd Doctor): My thigh lift had the worst outcome of all. After the surgery, it didn’t appear that my thighs were much better. The inner parts of my inner thighs were liposuctioned, however the heaviness remained on the top and back sides of the inner thighs. The center of my inner thighs were just gouged out. The scaring was on the upper part of my inner thighs, inches away from the pubic area. But it bothered me because it was going to be so noticeable that I had had surgery. I wondered why the incisions where not made right around the edges of the Labia majora (outer lips).
Third Surgery Combination and 1st and 2nd Revisions
• Belly Button Revision (2nd Revision)
• Mini Back of Thighs Lift, just at the inner corners of the buttocks, not across the back of the thighs (2nd Revision)
• Fat Transfer to lower portion of buttocks (2nd Revision)
• Thigh Lift (1st Revision)

Thigh Lift Revision #2 (2nd Doctor): My second thigh lift was done with the incisions right next to the edges of the labia majora (outer lips). My inner thighs were more evenly liposuctioned. It seemed that the scaring was in a better place that would not be as noticeable, however, when it healed the labia majora would not stay closed over my vagina. It was left wide open. I also noticed that my scaring moved around, but my understanding was that it was to be sewn to the bone, so that it would stay in one place and would heal more in the natural shape of the mons pubis and labia majora (outer lips) area, but it was more like there was no distinction between the inner thighs and labia majora area. It was more like the inner thighs and labia majora and mons pubis area ran together as one.
Mainly concerned with the results of my Thigh Lifts, I went doctor hunting again.
My Absolute Need to Find the Right Plastic Surgeon
(One that Could Definitely Do a Thigh Lift Correctly)
This time I was looking for a “Thigh Master,” as I knew that if the doctor could solve this issue, he could do anything! When I learned that Dr. Agha is a pioneer of Thigh Lifts, and that he does them on a constant basis, I set off to meet him. When we met, he told me that all of my problems were fixable! He told me that instead of doing a Tummy Tuck, I could do a Body Lift and get rid of all of the old scaring and get rid of the JLO Butt, I never wanted in the first place. He told me that he could place some fat in my mons pubis and labia majora areas to get my lips to close once again over my vagina and that we could do the thigh lift at another time, because the body lift is a huge surgery that would not heal well if we did more surgeries at the same time.
At first, I really did not want a body lift, I just wanted him to do a list of things here and there to fix my tummy tuck scaring issues, liposuction where needed and fat transfer to the places that had been gouged, but then I realized that he was right when asked me this one question. He said, “Do You Want to Get the Best Over All Results? I thought about that and realized that the body lift, even though I was not that much over weight, would be the best option to solve all of the problems I had going on. Also, I knew that no matter what I would have to undergo another Tummy Tuck to fix what Doctor #1 had failed to do. Doctor #1 had cheated my out of a complete Tummy Tuck by only tightening the muscles below my belly button and had not tightened the muscles above my belly button, which left my upper stomach protruding out past my ribs and my lower stomach pulled tight and flat.
3rd Plastic Surgeon Surgeries: Surgery with Dr. Agha!!!
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Procedures:
• Body Lift (Includes Belly Button Work)
• Fat Transfer in Buttock areas where needed
In One Surgery!!!: In one surgery, and one surgery only, Dr. Agha fixed all of the above mess with his Body Lift Skills, except for the thigh lift, which I will have him do soon.
Symmetrical Incision: He was able to give me a symmetrical incision all the way around and he does not cut a straight incision across one’s back, he creates an incision that follows the natural form of the buttocks.
Stitching: Dr. Agha’s stitching skills are AMAZING!. He put in 5 layers of stiches that were completely hidden from view. They were pulled so tight that none of it ever came apart. There were no train-track stitches. They were all dissolvable too! This was not the case with my other surgeries. With my tummy tuck, I had string (like fishing string) coming out of me 6 months after surgery in all sizes and some of them festered and cause certain spots to take a long time to heal and the scaring was wider in those spots.
Scaring Is So Low and Can be Easily Hidden: The scaring is so low that it cannot be seen if I bend over and my shirt goes up a bit. The incision is placed so well that it can be hidden in a skimpy bathing suit, not that I would wear one, but you get the picture! His work is Perfect!
Lipo Gouging Damage was removed with Body Lift: I was so happy the lipo gouged areas were dealt with by having a body lift. This could not have been done with a regular tummy tuck, because my sides needed to be lifted, as that was where most of the damage was, due to the fact that Doctor #2 tried to fix the hips I had gained, and didn’t want, from the Mini Back of Thighs Lift surgery I had that included Fat Transfer, that was only supposed to end up in my lower buttocks.
Belly Button Created Perfectly First Time: He found the stalk of my belly button and created a perfectly natural belly button the first time around! I was so amazed as I had had surgery a total of 5 times before, between the other two other doctors. So, the 6th time was the Charm! It was the 1st and only time Dr. Agha had dealt with my belly button! Not to mention that I never had to put an object in it to keep it from closing up on me. Dr. Agha knows exactly how to stitch the skin and belly button stalk together to have it come out looking as natural as it does when a belly button forms naturally.
Mons Pubis and Labia Majora Area Fat Transfer: this worked great, as I got my volume back that I have somehow lost from the thigh lifts and my lips once again covered my vagina.
Seriously!
I absolutely could not believe the difference in the quality of work and the difference in my healing process that is due to Dr. Agha and his “Magic Hands” and his “Incredible Brain!” His work is matchless and his health plan that he has put together for surgery prep and the best possible healing afterwards is phenomenal! He has a booklet that outlines what to do before and after surgery. Make sure to do everything as it is stated in the booklet and you will heal so much quicker than you would otherwise. I know this is true, because I did not have health instructions with my other doctors. In fact, my first tummy tuck with Doctor #1 was so extremely difficult. I could not stand up strait for about 6 months and I was in a lot of pain during that entire period of time. Also, It took about two years for my scar to finally fade to white. I believe this was due to the blood that was left under my skin after the surgery. It took a long time for my body to heal.
With the Body Lift that I had with Dr. Agha, which should have been a lot harder to go through than a Tummy Tuck, but seriously was not because Dr. Agha had me use a pain pump and a blood vacuum, which made me heal quickly. I was feeling really great within a few weeks and was feeling completely fine within 2 months. This was not so with the Tummy Tuck I had done with Doctor #1.
It is important to stress that Doctor Agha does more to help his patients than the average doctor, a lot more. As I already mentioned, he offers his knowledge to help his patients heal well and much faster by offering a Pain Pump that helps keep the pain way down and a Blood Vacuum that keeps pulling the blood out from under the skin that is left behind from surgery, so that the healing takes place much faster. I know this is true, as I never had a pain pump or vacuum offered to me for my other surgeries and I have experienced how much longer it takes to heal without these items. He also requires labs to be done to make sure that your body has enough protein in it for good healing. If you do not have enough, he will have you drink more protein shakes. These are shakes that are especially for surgery and healing and you do not gain weight with them like you do with the ones that are sold for building muscle. I healed so well, that my scar is like a pen line all the way around and most of it is already white. My surgery was only 3.5 months ago.
I went to Dr. Agha with my own ideas of what I wanted done, but he looked at me and knew exactly what needed to be done! I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to Dr. Agha for His Know How and Skills of Perfection! I Trust Him With My Life!

Fat Transfer to Buttocks #2 (2nd Doctor): I wanted more fat to be placed in the bottom portion of my buttocks. I thought it would definitely make a difference the second time around. The fat transfer turned out to be not at all what I wanted. I only wanted some fat to be placed in the bottom portion of my buttocks, where some of the fat had depleted over the years from childbirth etc. The doctor misunderstood me and thought that I wanted a Jennifer Lopez Butt. The fat took well, but it was way more than I wanted. It was so hard to get a pair of pants to fit well. My belts would always get bent up because they could not lay flat like they did before I had anything done. Most of the fat ended up in the top portion of my buttocks and the bottom portion was still not well filled in.
Thigh Lift Revision #2 (2nd Doctor): My second thigh lift was done with the incisions right next to the edges of the labia majora (outer lips). My inner thighs were more evenly liposuctioned. It seemed that the scaring was in a better place that would not be as noticeable, however, when it healed the labia majora would not stay closed over my vagina. It was left wide open. I also noticed that my scaring moved around, but my understanding was that it was to be sewn to the bone, so that it would stay in one place and would heal more in the natural shape of the mons pubis and labia majora (outer lips) area, but it was more like there was no distinction between the inner thighs and labia majora area. It was more like the inner thighs and labia majora and mons pubis area ran together as one.
Mainly concerned with the results of my Thigh Lifts, I went doctor hunting again.
My Absolute Need to Find the Right Plastic Surgeon
(One that Could Definitely Do a Thigh Lift Correctly)
This time I was looking for a “Thigh Master,” as I knew that if the doctor could solve this issue, he could do anything! When I learned that Dr. Agha is a pioneer of Thigh Lifts, and that he does them on a constant basis, I set off to meet him. When we met, he told me that all of my problems were fixable! He told me that instead of doing a Tummy Tuck, I could do a Body Lift and get rid of all of the old scaring and get rid of the JLO Butt, I never wanted in the first place. He told me that he could place some fat in my mons pubis and labia majora areas to get my lips to close once again over my vagina and that we could do the thigh lift at another time, because the body lift is a huge surgery that would not heal well if we did more surgeries at the same time.
At first, I really did not want a body lift, I just wanted him to do a list of things here and there to fix my tummy tuck scaring issues, liposuction where needed and fat transfer to the places that had been gouged, but then I realized that he was right when asked me this one question. He said, “Do You Want to Get the Best Over All Results? I thought about that and realized that the body lift, even though I was not that much over weight, would be the best option to solve all of the problems I had going on. Also, I knew that no matter what I would have to undergo another Tummy Tuck to fix what Doctor #1 had failed to do. Doctor #1 had cheated my out of a complete Tummy Tuck by only tightening the muscles below my belly button and had not tightened the muscles above my belly button, which left my upper stomach protruding out past my ribs and my lower stomach pulled tight and flat.

In One Surgery!!!: In one surgery, and one surgery only, Dr. Agha fixed all of the above mess with his Body Lift Skills, except for the thigh lift, which I will have him do soon.
Symmetrical Incision: He was able to give me a symmetrical incision all the way around and he does not cut a straight incision across one’s back, he creates an incision that follows the natural form of the buttocks.
Stitching: Dr. Agha’s stitching skills are AMAZING!. He put in 5 layers of stiches that were completely hidden from view. They were pulled so tight that none of it ever came apart. There were no train-track stitches. They were all dissolvable too! This was not the case with my other surgeries. With my tummy tuck, I had string (like fishing string) coming out of me 6 months after surgery in all sizes and some of them festered and cause certain spots to take a long time to heal and the scaring was wider in those spots.
Scaring Is So Low and Can be Easily Hidden: The scaring is so low that it cannot be seen if I bend over and my shirt goes up a bit. The incision is placed so well that it can be hidden in a skimpy bathing suit, not that I would wear one, but you get the picture! His work is Perfect!
Lipo Gouging Damage was removed with Body Lift: I was so happy the lipo gouged areas were dealt with by having a body lift. This could not have been done with a regular tummy tuck, because my sides needed to be lifted, as that was where most of the damage was, due to the fact that Doctor #2 tried to fix the hips I had gained, and didn’t want, from the Mini Back of Thighs Lift surgery I had that included Fat Transfer, that was only supposed to end up in my lower buttocks.
Belly Button Created Perfectly First Time: He found the stalk of my belly button and created a perfectly natural belly button the first time around! I was so amazed as I had had surgery a total of 5 times before, between the other two other doctors. So, the 6th time was the Charm! It was the 1st and only time Dr. Agha had dealt with my belly button! Not to mention that I never had to put an object in it to keep it from closing up on me. Dr. Agha knows exactly how to stitch the skin and belly button stalk together to have it come out looking as natural as it does when a belly button forms naturally.
Mons Pubis and Labia Majora Area Fat Transfer: this worked great, as I got my volume back that I have somehow lost from the thigh lifts and my lips once again covered my vagina.

I absolutely could not believe the difference in the quality of work and the difference in my healing process that is due to Dr. Agha and his “Magic Hands” and his “Incredible Brain!” His work is matchless and his health plan that he has put together for surgery prep and the best possible healing afterwards is phenomenal! He has a booklet that outlines what to do before and after surgery. Make sure to do everything as it is stated in the booklet and you will heal so much quicker than you would otherwise. I know this is true, because I did not have health instructions with my other doctors. In fact, my first tummy tuck with Doctor #1 was so extremely difficult. I could not stand up strait for about 6 months and I was in a lot of pain during that entire period of time. Also, It took about two years for my scar to finally fade to white. I believe this was due to the blood that was left under my skin after the surgery. It took a long time for my body to heal.
With the Body Lift that I had with Dr. Agha, which should have been a lot harder to go through than a Tummy Tuck, but seriously was not because Dr. Agha had me use a pain pump and a blood vacuum, which made me heal quickly. I was feeling really great within a few weeks and was feeling completely fine within 2 months. This was not so with the Tummy Tuck I had done with Doctor #1.
It is important to stress that Doctor Agha does more to help his patients than the average doctor, a lot more. As I already mentioned, he offers his knowledge to help his patients heal well and much faster by offering a Pain Pump that helps keep the pain way down and a Blood Vacuum that keeps pulling the blood out from under the skin that is left behind from surgery, so that the healing takes place much faster. I know this is true, as I never had a pain pump or vacuum offered to me for my other surgeries and I have experienced how much longer it takes to heal without these items. He also requires labs to be done to make sure that your body has enough protein in it for good healing. If you do not have enough, he will have you drink more protein shakes. These are shakes that are especially for surgery and healing and you do not gain weight with them like you do with the ones that are sold for building muscle. I healed so well, that my scar is like a pen line all the way around and most of it is already white. My surgery was only 3.5 months ago.
I went to Dr. Agha with my own ideas of what I wanted done, but he looked at me and knew exactly what needed to be done! I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to Dr. Agha for His Know How and Skills of Perfection! I Trust Him With My Life!
