WORTH IT
It’s now been over five years and heres a photo update. I had an explant, lift and fat transfer. All in one surgery. All fat retained, barely any visible scars! I highly recommend Dr.Strawn and his staff. He is experienced, kind and thorough.

I think you definitely retained the size as when you explant, was it one round of fat transfer or two ?

All fat retained! Scars barely noticeable!

After 21 years with saline textured implants making me sick I am now a year and 3 months out and so happy! All my scars are barely noticeable! I’ve retained all the fat transfered. I highly recommend Dr.Strawn and Sheena. They are compassionate and patient. I wouldn’t ever go back to heavy huge breasts. Feels good to be natural and proportional to my size. I’m 5 feet 90 pounds!!
