Breast Implant Removal and Lift - Very Happy with Results - Toronto, ON

After 12+ years of having breast implants I made...
WORTH IT$10,000
After 12+ years of having breast implants I made the decision to remove them. My health had taken a turn for the worse over the last 2 years and with the neck/back pain added to that, I set my appointment with Dr. Van Vilet of the Van Vilet clinic in Newmarket, ON Canada. The staff and Dr. were a pleasure to deal with and very compassionate and understanding of my situation. I was well prepped for the procedure and when surgery day came it was a breeze. I was home the same day as surgery and the healing began. I honestly can say that the day after surgery I felt amazing and every day after has gotten only better. My energy levels increased and I just felt overall feeling of health; as if my body was no longer fighting against some foreign thing in my body. My overall experience has been great and I highly recommend my Dr. Deborah Van Vliet, she offers a women's view on what you may be going through. Best thing to do is meet Dr's - do you research! I did mine and interviewed other local Dr.'s - Dr Van Vliet was the best of the best and took great care of me. I am so grateful for how wonderful I feel and look now.

I want to add to my original post that the explanation cost was covered by Canadian Insurance and I only paid for the lift portion $6,600. And again my results and healing are going great. Best decision I made. No more neck/back pain and they are very flattering to my overall composition.

Hi Jenn333, happy to hear all went well. Can you tell me if Dr. V. performed an enbloc explant? Did you have a rupture? thanks for sharing. I'm in the process of making my decision.

I had an explanation and lift, no rupture thank goodness! I just had had failing health for couple years now and after doing everything from diet changes to getting rid of chemicals in my home: my implants were the only thing left to change. So I did, and honestly, every day I feel better and better every single day. I have more energy and am healing great at the incisions. I see Dr on Friday and I'm going to get photos taken so that I can post before and after photos. I was searching for them when I did my research and feel it may help others see and know what to expect during the process. I will post this weekend photos. Thanks. Jenn

thanks Jenn. you sound a little like me. I too eat extremely clean, no gmo, organic, supps, greens, exercise, energy work, no meds, etc. weird that i would have even thought of putting toxins in my body when I spend most of my time keeping toxins at bay. but I am a different woman now than i was 12 years ago, as we all are. My health is priority and I too have many unexplained symptoms. Anxious to explant. My main concern is possible rupture and migration and leaving any material behind, I would always wonder. looking forward to following your progress! all the best to you.

Also Jenn, can you tell me where your surgery took place in her private clinic or a hospital, also what was her wait time for consult to surgery. thanks again.

Surgery took place in Southlake hospital in Newmarket ON Canada. And wait time for my appointments or surgery was never long at all in the office Apts I think longest wait was about ten mins and day of surgery I was instructed to be at hospital at 6 am procedure was scheduled at 8 am and I was prepped before so it seemed like no wait at all for me.

oh sorry, I should have clarified what I meant by wait time. How long did you have to wait (ie. weeks, months) for surgery. thanks

Lol my bad - I'm actually American and everyone says there are long wait times here in Canada. It has not been the case for me. I saw my Dr for referral and within two weeks had my apt with Dr vanvleet and then we scheduled surgery on 2nd apt about two weeks later. They did have to move my apt out one week for an emergency but I didn't mind. It all went fast and to me in a very timely manner.
Hey there! Welcome, and thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. Congratulations! Did you have a local or general anesthetic? I'm glad you had such a positive experience.
Thanks for the update. I'm glad you had such a positive experience, and were able to get back home so quickly. Would you be willing to add some before and after photos?
Thanks very much :) 36C is a decent size. You must be really pleased with that result.
