WORTH IT$1,500
Main reason I wanted to write this review was because so many other people's reviews have helped me and I even found my surgeon through this site, so thank you.
Nearly 10 years ago When i was 18 I decided to get Breast Implants through the Hospital Group. I was very lucky and never experienced any problems and had no complications.
About 2 years ago I had my first baby and really enjoyed breastfeeding, it was at this time I decided i no longer wanted implants and they didn't fit in with my life style any more.
After being on this site I found Dr Nick Collis from Newcastle before deciding on this surgeon i had been to 3 others. All would only do it through general and charged double and most told me I would end up really regretting and looking deformed my decision was made and i was determined.
After my initial consultation the date was book for approx a month later, i was able to be admitted at 12.30 which was brilliant as we lived over 2 1/2 hours from Newcastle. I was first in the line and was taken down at approx 2oclock all was over by 3 and I was back in my room.
Now I have read many reviews about getting implants removed under local and most say it wasn't too painful, well unfortunately. Im not one of these people. I found it very very painful! I have given birth without pain relief and in comparison i would say this was a great deal worse.
A few moaning points: • Surgeon seemed rushed but I suppose most surgeons
do.
• Theatre staff seemed alittle unorgainsed and no one seemed aware I was allergic to steri strips or they didn't seemed to know what to use instead if i was asleep would they of read my notes and seen this?
• when I desperately needed more local anaesthetic because i was in so much pain none was available and there was a delay in getting anymore to me
Some positive points
• all the nurses and theatre staff were so friendly and couldn't of done more for me, one even held my hand throughout.
So to sum up Nick collis offers something no other surgeon i could find does he doesn't rip you off and its quick and easy just very painful.

Healing ok plasters came off a week after, scars look ok. I thought I could hear water in the breast pocket but after a week I can no longer hear this. Recovery very straight forward so far carried on with normal day to day activities. Im a stay at home mum so not returned to work but was able to care for my 2 years old straight away after.

I was a 34 b too. I'm hoping im still a bcup , you're so lucky! I guess maybe I should get sized at a bra store ?

Not sure if your UK but i really recommend Asda High Impact Sports Bra so comfy and only £8 i just brought the size I was before. With Mr Collis you also get fitted in a bra before you leave so that was helpful incase I had got the wrong size.

I'm 25 pounds bigger than when i got my breast done ten years ago but I just measured my breast and I am a.... 36b ! Yes yes yes. I am sure I may get down to a 34 But I'm stoked! I wish i would have stayed natural but I'm happy now.

I love in the US. I dont don't like under wire bras. They make me feel weird, like an animal head on the hunters wall. Lol. But it is nice knowing my a n cup. I do have a lace bra I wear when im I'm not wearing a sports bra and I took the wire out, it fully covers my breast cup, no cleavage! Just the way I like it.

Push Up bra
hannah1o2April 17, 2017
Im wearing a sports bra 24 hours a day on the surgeons request, and to be honest I find that more comfortable at the minute my breasts feel as if they need that support, but i went bra shopping and found this push up bra. Im actually pleased how they look here. Its hard adjusting back to before especially when you have had Implants for along time. But im still really pleased I did it and it's definitely been the right decision for me.

Wow, you look fabulous. I hope I get results as good as you.
Did you have saline or silicone? What size implants? Were they overs or unders? What size were you before implants? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to work out if I might be able to achieve similar results (hopefully).
2007 I had silcone HP overs, 260cc with an uplift at the same time. Before implants and lift I was a 34/36 C/D, with implants 34/36 D/DD. My surgeon says my nipples are in the right place therefore could lift them higher, but if necessary could perform a lift on the lower pole in the future if I was to be unhappy. He is planning to remove the capsule if it looks thick, which it may do as he thinks I could have a little capsular contraction.
He said I will be concave on the upperpole, which sounded frightening, but i just think it means flat rather than any projection like currently, so I'm not too concerned about that. I really hop I can achieve results like your, I'll be thrilled. Keep me updated I'd love to follow your journey. I explant in July.
Happy Healing! x

Aww thank you that's really lovely to read.
Good questions, I had 400c Silicone High profile Implant over the muscle. They actually looked in really good shape when I saw them after nearly 10 years inside me, which was a shock. I had them put in through the nipple but taken out under the crease. I was a 34b before and a 34E with implants and have gone back to 34 b i was hoping i might of gained some breast tissue through the years but it doesn't look that way. I had no cc so I chose just to have them straight out. Im also hoping to breast feed in the future so choose not to have a lift. Anymore questions ask away.

WOW. You're a B now, they look fabulous, I thought a B would look much smaller. Ok I want a B now, but think I might be bigger. I'd be happy with small. I WILL NOT RE IMPLANT.
I just don't really have a clue, as I had the lift at the same time as implants, so would never have known what size I would have been with lift alone (strangely I never even considered it, it wasn't ever suggested to me at any of my consultations either).
For future reference (though I doubt you will need it) I can't see my scars from my lift unless I really look for them, they are like very fine white hairline scars, so don't worry about scaring if a lift was ever needed. I certainly don't think you will need one now though. Who knows after babies and breast feeding, some people keep more breast tissue too.
I really can't wait to see how you progress, you look fabulous.
I keep thinking off the worst, but I think that's normal. So seeing/reading your journey has given me the biggest boost in confidence - . Thank you for sharing x
