It is All Bad.Thanks Dr.Messa
please look at the pictures and tell me it is worth over 16,0000
After hours upon hours of research and many, many consultations I found Dr. Mesa on Real Self. I went with him for TT revision and to remove fat and skin from armpits area and lypo. I specifically ask for a resection of accessory axillary breast tissue surgical excision. He told me he didn't want to leave any scars in my armpits he was very sure that lypo would do the job. I had to stay overnight at a nearby nursing home for observation, so they can ensure that I walk every couple of hours to stem off any complications or blood clots. The place was a nightmare was walk once, and they were extremely unprofessional. They actually told me that I did not pay enough to be walk. I was told I would have a lounge chair for someone to stay with me overnight and that was not true. Mind you the nursing home cost $400.00 for the night.
On my first follow up I told Dr. Mesa and his nurse Cristina that my belly wasn't flat. Under my armpit was not much better. They both told me that it was find because I was still swollen and to give it time. On my 2nd follow up it was very clear that my belly was protruding he said they were fluid in my belly and he tried to extract fluid with a syringe in 2 different spot in my belly, both time syringe came out empty. He said he knew what happened I needed a tighter new girdle, to go to the pink room and get a new one, in addition I should go and get massages. He recommended that I go to a lady's house to get it done, at least ten cessions for 500, cash only. Went to the pink room got a new girdle and went for my massages 5 massages later belly still round and big. The masseuse did not speak any English so we use google to communicate. On my next follow up with Dr. Mesa he told me that the Masseuse report said my belly was filled with [RS bleep] that's why it was so big. She said that I would come with a big belly she would work on it and flatten it than I would leave and comeback with a fat belly full of poop. I had to tell them that I have always been regular and there was no poop in my belly to cause it to be so big.
Dr Mesa got a revelation and ask me to step on the scale, he said I had gained about 4 to 5 lb and that's why my belly was so big, to go home and loose the weight, he recommended a personal trainer to help me loose the 5lb. I cried the whole way home. Went home and lost 8 lb. I went from158 down to 140. This fiasco cost me $10,500, 3 weeks off work and endless pain and suffering not to mention the mental anguish. On my next appointment he told me that he would do second revision of the revision, to keep my weight to 140 and to wait a year, and I did. I only had to pay for operating room and anesthesia $6700.
I begged him to do a resection of the armpit area, because I had lypo twice already for the same area with no result. I told him that it was mostly breast tissue in my armpit and I wanted it to be cut, He told me to trust him he would concentrate more on the area this time. For the 2nd time I made the mistake of trusting him. And Christina his nurse told me that they would make sure that I woke up with a special compression for the armpit not to worry. I woke up with a leaky bandage, absolutely no arm nor armpit compression.
I Basically had the same experience in the nursing home if not worse. In my defense, when I objected to the same nursing home, Dr Mesa assured me that they had a complete turn over and they were under new management, and I bought it. I'm sure you guest by now that the 2nd revision failed miserably I still have the bulging fat and loose skin in armpit area. On my first follow up he recommended to have massage again but this time it was in a makeshift room in his office with the same masseuse, I was giving a complimentary 15 minutes massage. Than 75 a pop. I was told I could not go to any other massage places because they could damage my result. Christina put me in a large girdle, when I call and told her it was too big she had me comeback and put sponge foam under my armpit and my belly.
Dr. Mesa conclusion is that I told him I like wine and I needed to stop drinking the couple of glasses that I drink on my days off and my belly would be as flat as an iron board because he had tighten me real good. Almost forgot my mon pubis has one flat side and the other side is the size of a small water balloon. For that he explained that it was a female gland and he couldn't do anything about it, and for my armpit he told me it was much better, lets not forget my back. I did so much research and went to so many consults, and I was still fool. Please if you feel even a tiny bit of unease with a provider, please just walk away. like i should've The money, the pain the suffering the time lost, not counting waking up every day looking in the mirror, the zig zag scars on belly, its all bad, and knowing that all of it was for nothing.
