Update Picture- still healing
so here are a couple of updated pictures will be two months on Wednesday from revision. while my profile is improved i'm still not happy with that angle and feel like i have a hidden columellar.... I may or may not need more work done... i'll see how i feel. I feel like I deserve a hose i'm happy with so I will work with my doctor whom I trust... and see what if anything is recommended. This is hard.....

Your nose looks great. If you are still unhappy I would find a good therapist who specializes in body dysmorphic disorder.

Thank you. I don't think I have body dystrophic disorder so much as I was young and did not do enough research with my prior surgeries. I did this time around and I have a supportive group of friends, family and a doctor who I believe will advise me appropriately.

A couple of Pictures-- Day 11
okay... here are a couple of pictures.. the before and after morphs from doc, and me after taking a shower. The bruising is still awful.... and I'm not going to lie i have some anxiety.... Im told it looks good but getting adjusted to looking different again is making me anxious... Stitches on columella are still on...... please be nice on comments.. still very sensitive .

Thank u! I'm happy that he was able to build it up and project it since too much was taken off before from another doc.... I'm adjusting to looking different .... I can't say I'm happy yet? I'm sure my revision friends understand my feelings! As for Grafts he used my ear cartilage to for tip grafts, and columella... R u looking for a revision?

yes, you're right - I am looking for a revision. I can understand your fealings about getting used to the new nose. But I am pretty sure, it turns out great :) Most revision pics I saw, weren't as good as yours- and your still swollen. Did he used diced cartilage? Extension grafts? Or a shieldgraft on your nosetip? How did he derotate your tip? All the best from Europe

actually... I have no idea what grafts he used... I will ask when I see him in two weeks..... so far i'm getting used to it and its getting better and better ... more natural looking.

thank you.. yes i'm happy that it looks natural on my face.. that's all i wanted ..... I still have un-even nostrils, but compared to the overall improvement.. I'm pretty happy....... I just hope the healing goes well as its still early.
