Cardiac clearance first

I am still waiting for a cardiac clearance from my cardiologist, post-holter monitoring. If I fail that, I need to do an ablation. Not tummy tuck. :(

Life is short...I just want to become the better...

Life is short...I just want to become the better version of me, inside and out.
It's about time to start focusing on myself too. In the midst of my busy family life, career and social circle, I am giving my body the attention it's been needing and a chance for my self-esteem to improve.
After having three kids, I am overweight and have extra pouch in my tummy. So I consulted with Dr. Neinstein...so my journey begins.

Go for it!! Worked for me!
Thank you! You looked hot btw!
Be proud that you are doing this for yourself! I have similar story.. I am 40, with 3 pregnancies, 4 kids(twins!). I have all ways worked FT as a nurse and still do to help support my family. I have always struggled with weight loss, but after all these pregnancies, my abdominal muscles were severely damaged and separated which only made my self esteem and ability to lose weight harder. I got depresed and have been obsessed and dreaming of one day being able to have a TT. I never dreamed I could because of finances or I was being too selfish to take a risk of surgery as a mother of 4 boys (ages 7, 10, 10, 13). Well, I did it!! Today is postoperative day 17. Recovery is not easy but I have no regrets. Everyday I my middle looking better and better! If I get the nerve, I'll post some pics.
Oh CCRN!! I'm also a nurse so I understand the double stress of work and home. Can you share some of your pics? Will 2 weeks off be enough for post-op recovery?
Gee... I'm at post op week 4 now and I don't think I'm ready or strong enough to give it my all back in the ICU jungle where I work. I see my ps tomorrow and ill see what he says. He knows what we do and suggested 4_6 wks off before I had the surgery. I have to figure out how to upload pics.... Will work on that. I am obsessed looking at everyone's pics!!
Wow! I don't think I can be out that long...how do you feel now?
Yes, Dr. Neinstein did an AMAZING "Body Reconstruction" on me after losing a massive amount of weight...my only regret is that I did not do it sooner! You could NOT have chosen a more amazing surgeon! Best of luck on your journey, this is the most wonderful gift you can give yourself.
Thank you for that. It is both scary and exciting to be at this stage...
Good luck on your journey!
Thanks!
