After fracturing the cartilage in my nose, I had a lot of trouble breathing. My left nasal passage was completely blocked off and my nose was noticeably crooked. My confidence level dropped dramatically and it had an impact on my personal life. I was nervous about finding a doctor and going forward with the procedure. After several consultations with different surgeons, I found Dr. Richard Westreich and I couldn't have been happier. The entire process, from beginning to end, went very smooth. I felt comfortable the entire time. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured. His staff is also amazing. Everyone was a phone call or an email away. They cater to you!

Dr. Richard Westreich is an extraordinary surgeon! His staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped foot into his office. Everyone is so friendly and happy; they are always smiling. I felt a lot of positive energy in his office. When I finally met Dr. Westreich, I knew I was having my surgery done by him. I remember being late for my first consultation (which you should never do because he runs on a strict time schedule), and instead of the office sending me back home to reschedule, I was still able to see Dr. Westreich. Even though I was late, he took his time with me and he was very patient. He answered all my questions and explained everything that was wrong and what we needed to do to fix the issues. He is very professional, but at the same time, we spoke as friends, so I wasn't intimidated at all. We actually saw each other a few more times before my surgery, because he wanted to be sure that I was still alright with my decision. Dr. Westreich really cared and he showed it. He had my best interest at heart. The morning of my surgery, we were all laughs. He kept me calm and not thinking about my surgery. And even after the surgery, him and his staff were a phone call away. As I see my nose healing, I can tell you that Dr. Westreich is a perfectionist. I have never been this happy with my appearance and I owe it all to him. He truly is an amazing surgeon!
