Rhinoplasty:
I am unbelievably happy with my nose!! It looks so great and so natural, Dr. Rosenberg did an amazing job. Very few people even noticed the difference; mainly people who have known me for a very long time were the only ones who commented. But I can definitely see the improvement every time I look in the mirror and to me the results are magical! I had very little post-op pain or swelling and I was bruised but very lightly. And my surgery took 7 hours!! And after all that, Dr. Rosenberg didn't even "pack" my nose. Having seen lots of friends get nose jobs, that seems made a huge difference. I know that the kind of post-op results I had take exceptional sugical skill and require a huge amount of finesse and patience and are exceptionally rare. I have to say, Dr. Rosenberg's level of technical skill and artistry are nothing short of amazing.
Blepharoplasty:
The eyelift surgery seems very subtle, but I am only 42 so it's exactly what I wanted. I mainly look like I get a good night's sleep every night now :)
Rhytidectomy: My neck, however, is not great. It doesn't look any worse but it doesn't really look better either. I'm not sure what happened. I asked Dr. Rosenberg about the lack of results when I went back for my last scheduled post-op appointment and he asked me if I had previous surgery on my neck (?) which I have not. I would love to have him re-do it but it's my understanding that I would have to pay for all the services other than his fee, which includes operating room charges, anesthesiologist fees, nursing fees, etc, and it's just too expensive. I have to say, I am pretty disappointed about that.
In General: The rest of my experience could not have been better. His staff was fantastic! Very professional and also very kind, which I loved. The two overnight nurses they recommended were also just terrific. Every aspect of the process was like a master class in how to run any doctor's office, not just a plastic surgeon's.

Hi, Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. It helps so much! I'm also scheduled for a lower face lift/neck lift in June w Dr Rosenberg. I love that he believes in natural results. But I'm also concerned that there won't be enough long-lasting improvement. Did you have a lower face lift as well as neck lift, or just neck? Any issues with jowls (I'm 47, so jowls have started to creep in...). If so, were they improved? Just curious if you have any other advice regarding your facelift experience?
