I wanted to post this review for Dr. Westreich and his staff because I am grateful I found them when I needed to make the important decision about who would perform my surgery. I went to four other doctors with my functional and cosmetic concerns and none of them investigated my sinus issues. Dr. Westreich ordered an MRI of my sinuses and realized I actually could benefit from sinus surgery. I was astounded no other doctor had attempted to evaluate this, and were more concerned with my aesthetic issues, in spite of my description of breathing problems. This even applied to other ENTs. In this regard, Dr. Westreich far exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in him. In regards of the cosmetic portion of my surgery, I actually had another doctor tell me that all of "his noses" end up looking the same, because he likes a specific look. There was no room to discuss, but Dr. Westreich helped me make sure I was really happy with the predictive photos before we proceeded. I have not yet seen my final result as I still have swelling, but I'm confident I'll have a great outcome, and am excited by what is I can see now. I had put off the surgery for years, but finally felt confident enough to go through with it because Dr. Westreich is so clearly competent and concerned about his patients' total well-being. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Westreich and staff!

Yes it does look very good! As for the front side, wait a while and do not jump to conclusion s. In 3 weeks your nose will look good from all sides, be positive!

recovery was not easy for me.

Major swelling on my bridge and tip and bruising even 9 days out. Worked yesterday and having drinks with friends tomorrow so hoping it's faded by then! Don't want to show up with a couple of shiners and have them call the cops on my bf.

Also have incredible amounts of crusting and gunk in my nostrils from the sinus work. Using neti pot a few times a day In order to breathe through my nose.

Remembering the old nose...

Feeling optimistic about my new look...a very subtle change but I think I'll look less intense and cranky all the time! Plus, I don't have to worry about what angle pictures are taken at anymore. Probably will be a hard habit to break. I'm 9 days out and have my first social gathering tomorrow. Still some apparent bruising so I'm hoping make up does the trick.
