After consulting with two other surgeons for...
After consulting with two other surgeons for rhinoplasty (Nose) and otoplasty (Ears) I consulted with Dr. Rosenberg. Words can’t describe how lucky I was to encounter a plastic surgeon as honest and talented as he is in every way. My rhinoplasty was a bit more complicated since my humped nose was also crooked. At the consultation he told me he could get rid of the hump however he would do the best he could to get rid of the crookedness and wouldn’t promise any more than that.
Fast forward to four weeks after surgery: Words cannot describe what incredible magic Dr. Rosenberg performed. Not only is my nose better than I expected, but also better than he had expected. My nose is now straight and refined, making my whole face open up in such a natural and feminine manner. My ears don’t stick out any more. For the first time I can confidently wear my hair up and wear earrings. The results are absolutely amazing!
His entire staffs from receptionist, to nurse to anesthesiologist were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout this whole process. From the moment I walked in I felt I was in good hands- and it wasn’t just from the cappuccino and dark chocolates I was offered! After several follow-ups I was still treated with a sincere amount of care and attentiveness from a doctor who has patients from all over the world. I had a cast on my nose for one week, and was shocked at the little amount of bruising and swelling I had the moment it was taken off. Most people would never have known I had surgery after just 6 days. Overall recovery was a lot better than I expected which I attribute to my doctor and his staff. I love the results and am so thankful to have chosen Dr. Rosenberg to perform my surgeries.

Your result is beautiful and very natural looking! How far off was your computer imaging from your final result? I had asked the Dr. for 2 options for the profile view (the first was a bit dramatic so asked for a second that did not change my profile as much) so curious about this. Also, what pushed you to take the plunge and move forward with the procedure? Dr. Rosenberg has a great reputation, but have found it challenging to see/find rhino patients of his. One of the b&as on his website scares me! Wondering if you had seen his work in person/knew first hand about his consistent results from a previous patient of his, etc. and that is what drove you to book. Thank you so much in advance!
The computer imaging was pretty spot on, however the fact that he successfully straightened my nose makes it better than the imaging! I've seen postop patients leave his office and all seem to have very natural and attractive results. I was recommended by a family friend who had rhinoplasty done by him and her nose looks great as well. That said, I think his results are very impressive and consistently maintain an individualized and natural appearance.
I wasn't offered any digital imaging. When did he supply that?
