I really can't say how glad I am that I chose Dr. Westreich as my surgeon. I had an immediate, positive gut reaction when I first met him, and I knew right away that I would be booking my surgery. He spent a good deal of time with me to answer all of my questions, and to ensure he understood what I wanted. He seems to really listen to what his patients' goals are, and individualize his plans to each specific person. He is a consummately skilled professional; I know I was a bit of a complicated case due to my nasal anatomy and previous medical history, but nevertheless, my surgical result was pretty much dead-on compared to his projected image, and my functional result was beyond what I expected as well. He conducts himself calmly, with patience, and most importantly to me, with a good sense of humor. His staff has also been wonderful to me - they are friendly, quick to answer questions, and very pleasant to work with. I have a pretty severe case of white coat syndrome, and I actually enjoy going to Dr. Westreich's office. That speaks volumes!
