Look No Further

I was referred to Dr. Kroll for ptosis surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Kroll was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and self-assured. I was nervous about having the procedure, and Dr. Kroll didn't pressure me. She even offered to have me come in for a second consultation if I had more questions. Some months later I returned to get more information, and she was as accommodating as she was during my first visit. When I decided to have the surgery, I felt very prepared about what to expect. Seeing Dr. Kroll in action was amazing -- she was skillful, confident, composed and compassionate. There were no surprises. The best part is my eye looks so much better (no more drooping eyelid or hollowness). If I'd known I'd be this satisfied, I would have had it done much sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Kroll.
