I'm 47 years old and I had mini tummy tuck and liposuction. I have been wanting to do liposuction particularly for my flanks (love handles) for the past many years but I was always afraid and reluctant. I kept putting it off until one day I decided I can longer tolerate the extra fat hanging off my pants. I live in the Middle East but I wanted to get my surgery done in the USA. I started researching the web and came across many plastic surgeons. I also contacted many of them by emails and calls. I saw many "before and after pictures" and finally I came across Dr. Alan website and never looked else where after. Here are the reasons I liked Dr. Alan:
- Before the surgery, Dr. Alan was so responsive. He responded to my inquiry email within hours. He was very welcoming and invited to call him and discuss my requirements free of charge.
- He requested picture of me prior the call and was very ready with almost clear picture on what the expectations and how my body would react to the surgery in each different area
- He provided me with lots of knowledge and consultation free of charge without mentioning the cost once
- He sent me stuff to read and prepared me completely for the surgery. He was so organized and systematic in preparing for the pre-surgery steps. He sent me the tests that he needed in order to determine if I'm fit for the surgery or not. Once I had those completed and shared the results and once he was certain I'm fit for the surgery, he started talking dates and money.
- I liked the fact that Dr Alan was personally dealing with me l. That made me feel at ease and felt I knew him even before seeing him.
- Dr. Alan is passionate about his work and he is not after the money. He is ready to throw in any extras when he feel the need to do so at no cost.
- After the surgery, dr Alan visited me in my hotel and was very responsive via call and text anytime.
- Even after I left the USA, Dr Alan kept in touch to make sure what I was recovering okay. He offered help and progressed with me throughout stages of recovery.
I'm happy with my tummy now and would recommend Dr Alan for anyone

Congratulations on your wonderful results. This is fantastic and I am glad to hear that you have such great follow up care. How long did you stay in the US after surgery?
