Dr. Tarranow was heaven sent to me. After contemplating liposuction of my stomach side and back for 5 long months and consulting with 3 other doctors. He made me feel so comfortable in my consultation he was really honest and truthful and I knew I trusted him to work on me. Sara the office manager she is the best one of the sweetest person I have ever met, no exaggeration. She is very well informed about what the doctor will do and what to before and after surgery. Very well organized. I am now 6 days post op and already love what I'm seeing. I was so depressed with body I was in, I no longer liked the image if my body in the mirror. Within a month of walking through Dr. T's door that has changed.I had my surgery on a Friday he gave me his cell phone number in case I had questions. Dr. T also called and checked on me over the weekend and was available for my questions when I called him. I will update as my swelling diminishes.

ladies for a fast and speedy recovery drink a lot of tea. My tea of choice is green tea. For my swelling and bruising I use Arnica both the cream and tablets, I also take Bromelain to help reduce swelling. Drink a lot of water and keep everything you eat low in sodium until the swelling is gone. I will on day 1 after surgery you will be sore but it better than the day of surgery you will be able to help yourself. On day 2 you will itch like there is no tomorrow LOL under your garment so I suggest you moisturize, my lotion of choice is Eucerin.

First you look fabulous! 2nd did you have any nerve pain? I had lipo done 11/5/15 and to correct a chronic seroma above my belly button and have been having nerve pain like I had when I had my tummy tuck back in Feb 2015 so wondering if its from the lipo or from both that and previous surgery.
