Top Lip-Permalip - New York, NY

Ive always wanted fuller lips, mostly my upper lip. Ive never had fillers but i know they dont last, can be lumpy and a waste of money. So I did some research on the best NYC surgeons and found Dr. S who specializes in this procedure. I really wanted the 5mm but he suggested the 4mm, (because of pliability) so i went with his suggestion. I chose to have the procedure done under local anesthesia and i have no regrets. Dr. S. made me feel very comfortable and I barely felt anything except little pinches and tugs. The sedative they give you also helps to relax you and Coldplay music in the background makes you feel you're lounging in your living room. It was over in 30 min. ( Although i was tempted, I did not watch a video on the procedure because i didnt want to know what he was doing and have the visuals on my head. This definitely helped while under local)
My bruising and swelling the next day (and for the next week or so) was REALLY really bad BUT i know everyone is different and i tend to bruise easily. Im very happy with the end result. My lip looks very natural and moves exactly the same. The implant is perfectly in place. Kissing was an issue at first because i thought the implant could be felt, but it cant! I now get compliments that i have sexy lips and the man i'm newly dating is always saying he loves my lips!!
(i havent told him anything yet and he's not gunna care anyway:)
I am still thinking about the 5mm but my only concern is the feel of the implant.
Dr. S will definately be my Go-To go as i age!
