After a lot of research to find a physician to perform FUT, I finally decided on Dr. John Frank. Dr. Frank runs Anapelli Hair Clinic in New York City and also in Ohio. From the first time we spoke on the phone Dr. Frank was very supportive and always available to answer my questions. He gave so much of his time to make me feel comfortable and he did that without even benefiting from it. In addition to the first free consultation, we spoke several times at length before I made the decision to have the procedure. Dr. Frank never rushed any of our conversations, always making sure all my questions were answered. Not many doctors would have done that. On the day of the procedure I was nervous to say the least and once again he made me feel at ease. Dr. Frank and his staff were amazing!! They all made me feel like a friend not just a patient!! I honestly enjoyed myself! Just the fact that they all could make me laugh so much when I was anxious says a lot!! Dr. Frank made sure that I was not experiencing any pain at all throughout the day. Since the anesthetic has warn off I have has some discomfort at the incision site but nothing unbearable. His staff, Lupe, Marissa & Jaharda were so sweet & caring!! Lupe has been an angel! She told me I could text her if I had any questions. Which I did and she responded always putting me at ease. Dr. Frank made sure to call me that night to see how I was feeling. He made sure I knew that I could contact him if I needed anything. They all took excellent care of me!!! It is not the norm now a days to find a doctor that is not only extremely experienced and gets wonderful reviews but one who is compassionate and truly cares about helping his or her patients!! Dr. Frank is one of these few doctors!!! I am confident I made the right decision!! Confident not only to have the procedure done but confident in the physician that I chose to perform it!! So I would like to thank Dr. Frank for his help, expertise, understanding, caring, kindness & humor! I'm not really sure words can express how grateful I am but I am extremely grateful!! I am looking forward to my progression over the next several months. I would highly recommend Dr. John Frank to anyone that is interested in getting either the FUT or FUE procedure done. Even if you are not ready to go that route yet it's worth talking to Dr. Frank to see what other options that may be available to you.
