All Four C's - New York

As a patient, I expect what are called the four C’s from a doctor; they are competency, convenience, communication, and compassion. I think that Dr. Taranow embodies all of these traits.
I’m suffering from the aftermath of a failed fat transfer procedure to the breast. The fat leaked out through my skin after an infection and damaged my own tissue. Due to the rareness of this occurrence, the experts in my area were not able to give me anything substantial in the way of answers. It was then that I started seeking opinions out of state. That is how I found Dr. Taranow.
I’ve never had a doctor just pick up the phone and talk to me during an initial phone call and answer my questions. I’ve seen four top-notch plastic surgeons, so far, and they were all very kind and professional, but I can say without hesitation that Dr. Taranow was the most human with me—the most relatable. He gave me substantial answers to my questions and showed genuine concern. Dr. Taranow is competent, convenient, communicative, and compassionate.
