Hello, ladies. Made a promise to myself to post a review to pay foward all those brave and generous ladies who post before me. I, too, shall share my recent experience @ Mt Sinai PS clinic.
Sorry dont have my pics ready. Will post after my PO Exam tomorrow. I'll ask what got done. Feel tired n puffy, too much pain meds.

I waited almost a yr before posting. So here is my PS review
Yes,l followed Pradagals review and got an consult in Jan 10,2017. To make an appointment, it feels really shady, like it some kind of scam. BC at that time, the receptionists dont know anyrhing, the name of the dr, how much the visit, is the price really 3814.15?? , etc. They just book the consult. And if you look on the website, not
much. They get booked quickly,and eventually l got jan 10. Since l wasnt sure to get sx there since there is no pamplet, papers or anything about their PS clinic, Dr J told me come back to reconsult Jan 27. (So ladies, prepare your questions, wants in advance, list , so you dont forget bc they are so cute, and dazzle u. Lol)
Sidenote: l asked, they do all types body contouring, MM, TT, BL/BA, BBL,Lipo, THIGH LIFT,
Also all types,of FL.. HI SMAS, LOW SMAS, EXTENDED SMAS, and others depending on what needs to be lifted. BLEPHS, Temporal BL, BL, RHINO, NECK LIFT, NECKLIPO, CHIN IMPLANT.
I guess whatever else but these,were my interests.
Everything in the same area is done for the smae price. Alot or alittle. So the BA is not competitive unless it is combined with other procedures. Since u pay for each implant.
Every 3 AND 4 WK OF JANUARY, the resident dr in rotation goes to do facial PS sx in South America, so DONT book an Consultation appt then, especially if traveling from out of town. You ll get the 5 yr resident and will have to rebook when he comes back.
The clinic for consult looks like a hospital waiting roomno frills. But dont be alarm, it is legit, the clinic is also used by Orthopedics, and orthro hand n leg, so no all those ppl arent for consult. Lol
You pay $200 and leave ur id w/ reception to registar u in.
Every JULY, the new 3 RESIDENT rotation starts, 1st new 6th yr resident-JULY -SEPT, 2nd new 6yr resident OCT-DEC, then the 1st back JAN-MARCH, then the,2nd back APRIL-JUNE.
Unfortunately RS site wont upload. GLITCH.
l consulted w/ Dr.Jablonka, for my saggy jowls, and squared lower face. I booked for sx 3/16 for
much. They get booked quickly,and eventually l got jan 10. No not a nightmare but excellent plastic surgery at a plastic surgery teaching hospital. There are several happy patients.

@ Sheila Irwin Yes, l wrote it like l experienced it. I imagined a beautiful professional Manhattan PS office, but it's not. Lol
I was skeptical, and was on the fence for 4 mo before I really booking. Just want ppl to be aware, so they are not shocked. There are more PS clinics in other hospitals but they charge by the procedure n anesthisia, and not all the Dr's residency are in PS, but Dr's who want to do fellowships in plastics, could be Dr's in other areas, gyn, derm, etc.. So got to check their prior specialty. Plus ldk who would do the followup care in those places once the dr gone. Those clinics are more setup like a PS office with pamphlets, receptionist, photographers, and better websites but l guess,that is why they are more expensive.
Here it is in a lower income area teaching hospital, so it feels scary. But the drs,are nice and all the,staff are friendly too. Plus they do good work a lot of body contour, body PS. Seen and met 4 resident drs. All professional, some nicer than others.
Only thing is to come well informed, of what you want,ie Not just FL but specifics low smas, hi snas.
And ask a lot if questions on what procedures needs to be done for what YOU want.

i have similar situation. I had consult in Dec, and dr Facque promised me somoeone would be calling me in April.. i flew in from AZ for the conslt. i got no call.. calling 2 times a week to findout... dr facque never updated me nor did the call line.. i was soo disappointed. im still trying now...but i hate to have to fly back and pay ore money..fligts are so expensive from az..... i tough it was a scam too.

Were you waiting for a sx date? Sorry. He still there so you still have hope. Call the call line and tell them the situation, that you are,waiting for sx date confirmation, and NO one has been getting back to you and you have to fly in from far. So its,important he gets back to you. And follow up. If Dr F doesn't, then ask them who is his superior you can contact for help.
It was tough the 2nd time round, l had reconsult 4x but the last time, l made sure l had a sx date before l left and l live 1 1/2 hr out, and it was a pain. If he's booked, maybe he can refer you to the next Dr. And u can consult a day before your sx date. One RS gal, was referred from Dr. L and she consulted w/Dr.H on Tues and sx was Wed.
If not, try in the beginning of the 3 month rotation and try to get their Mr Sinai email.
