I am 16 days post op and it looks like i swallowed...

I am 16 days post op and it looks like i swallowed a tennis ball. my chin looks 4 times worse than before the procedure. Did this happen to anyone before? i dont even want to leave my house. Doc says it takes time for swelling to go down< I noticed most people saw results within a few days. im panicking. Anyone have tips or suggestions?

I'm 21 days post and I'm still very swollen ..I live in a hot climate so that isn't helping. I think it takes 3 months for total swelling to go down. Make sure you are doing lymphatic drainage massages and not eating inflammatory foods. Etc sugar, nightshades
I was never advised about lymphatic drainage massages, but makes sense and as for none inflammatory foods great tip.
Did you face feel kind of warm and flushed at anytime.

I am going to chime I had my Chin Lipo Nov 17th so 4 days ago. How are you feeling now! I feel like I have been strangled and worse than when I went in for the Op.
Has the swelling improved? I had the same procedure done and I am 3 weeks post op and my neck, jaw and chin looks worst than before I had the work done?

Yes the swelling went down but i feel the double chin is still there. I hope your results will be better for you as it was for others. The final result is at 6 months. Im 9 months PO..
