I got the buttock implants 460 cc and I am very happy with my new butt thanks to Dr. Kenneth Francis of Manhattan NYC, NY My new favorite doctor! :) I am 5'9" 130 lbs and Dr. Francis transformed my flat booty into a beautifully filled out curvy figure, I look great it's better than I'd even imagined.

How did you find the recovery period, following surgery? Was there much pain and downtime? Is the recovery similar to a BBL, where you have to stay off of your butt for a few weeks?
Hey girl I had butt implant surgery feb 10 and I'm already back to working 12 hour shifts and have been since day 8. Yes, you are not suppose to sit for long periods of time and should sleep on your belly. For me the pain was tolerable but and night my back would hurt pretty bad. I am still really bruised. I had 485cc round implants with lipo to the back no fat transfer.
Yes the recovery is the same because you can’t sit down for 6 weeks. However, the implants I found to be more painful than the bbl. This was my second bbl and I have to say the first doctor I had my first bbl with delivered better results and did a fantastic job on the lipo and the shape of my butt. His name is Dr. Rex and he is in Fall River, Ma. I would’ve gone to him again but he is such an honest doctor that he told me no more surgeries

I went back a second time for the Brazilian Butt Lift (fat transfer) as a separate procedure a few years later once I gained more weight. The size implants I got are 360cc
I got the largest implants that they offered at that time. Yes I had fat added mostly to my butt and some around the hips. I lost the fat added to my hips however and ended up doing a second bbl to fill out the parts where the fat had dissipated. I would suggest not sleeping on your side at all and avoid putting any pressure for best results.

Did you have drain tubes ?
It was VERY painful the pain was probably the worst pain I’ve been in my life for the implants. The BBL pain isn’t as bad just some soreness in the lipo areas.
