BBL and liposculpture with Dr Yager - New York, NY

I tried NOT to write a bad review, but now I'm just upset. I waited a year to make the major decision to have Liposculpture and fat transfer performed by Dr. Yager. A few people told me to go to another Dr, because Yager isn't so great with fat transfers. I continued on with him because I also knew a few people who were very happy with his tummy tuck and lipo work. Dr Yager wasn't that warm and inviting during the consultation, but I attributed that to his very busy waiting area and didn't take it personal. He DID however mention that loose skin would be left on my belly, etc, and I was ok with that. Bottom line is, I had a horrible surgery day with a cold surgeon, followed by lots of pain...and three months later, NONE of the transferred fat stayed. Immediately after surgery, I felt as if my butt was wide and shapeless due to the placement of the transferred fat. I was sad immediately looking at the results. I let Dr Yager know, and his response was "I was still swollen, the cells will "puff out" in time", "it looks great, better than it did before". Well now 3 months later I am SO DISAPPOINTED in how I look. The lipo looks ok, but my butt is the same, if not smaller than it was before. I don't understand how this happens when a girlfriend of mine who was SKINNIER with a SMALLER butt than mine to begin with just went to Dr. Shahine and already, after two months looks WAY WAY better in her butt area than me and paid WAY less than I did. I would say for fat transfer, Dr Yager is not the right choice and now I am $3000 less than I could be by adding the fat transfer fee to my lipo, because my butt is NO better. His office staff is AMAZING just as a side note. I went to Dr Yager because Dr. Shahine just didn't seem as professional and credible as Dr Yager, but, I guess I was way wrong.
