I have always been small busted and as I got older they looked so deflated, especially after a little weight loss. After years of research and getting my nerve up I finally did it. What convinced me the most was my first visit to Dr. Shafer, in Manhattan. I went in thinking I needed a breast lift along with the implants. I just assumed with my age I needed a lift. Dr. Shafer told me it was not necessary. The implants would be enough for the look I was after. He was so right, my breasts are beautiful. My whole experience with Dr. Shafer and his staff was amazing. My recovery was pretty quick. I took off work for two weeks. I am a hairdresser, so I was concerned with having the full use of my arms. I was fine after ten days. My only regret is that I didn't meet Dr. Shafer sooner.
