When beginning the consultation, he did a quick run through of an informative PowerPoint presentation on breast augmentation surgery, hoping to answer any questions I may have or address any concerns, which I found to be quite helpful. During the consultation, he looked at my breasts & immediately recognized and informed me of my mild form of tuberous breast condition, and recommended the best size/style of implant for my body. When other doctors encouraged me to go bigger, Dr. Neinstein's recommendations were medically sound and deeply grounded in his understanding of potential health risks and patient concerns. He pointed out my lack of breast tissue in my lower pole, and informed me that a bigger implant would be harder for my tissue/muscle to support. He knew that I really wanted a natural look and lower pole fullness, so he recommended teardrop implants (which he insisted was a great answer to the narrowness of my chest wall and lack of tissue, features of my tuberous breast condition - I was a 34A by the way). His recommendation of 275 cc Sientra textured teardrop implants seemed so small to me at first, but I chose to trust in his judgment. I was also able to schedule my surgery about 10 days after my consultation, so the wait time was amazing! Payment was super easy and his staff was super helpful. And now that my implants are in, I truly could not have imagined a better result. Only two weeks out of surgery and my breasts look AMAZING. I am in love. While they have not dropped yet, they are exactly the size I hoped for and envisioned. The swelling has dissipated significantly, and I am now measuring at a 34 C (measured by the ladies at Victoria's Secret).
