25yr Old Mother of One 2.5yr Old. 5'11" 130lbs - New York, NY

I have been considering a breast augmentation since childhood. I really wish I was kidding but I am not. I come from a family of really large breasted women and I always felt like I didn't fit in. I'm very tall and thin and my family is very curvy. I always knew I was never going to grow natural breasts at least not like the ones that I always envisioned I should have. I grew up watching 90210 with my mom and the procedures always has fascinated, I always knew that I would get it done one day. I just wanted to wait until after I had at least one child to see how my breasts grew during nursing and to see if I actually liked myself with bigger breasts. I just never expected to get married at twenty and have a child at 22 after nursing and breastfeeding ended I was able to see the full range of what my breasts could grow through, from my natural 32A/BB cup all the way up to a 32 C on one side and a 32DD on the other. I absolutely loved the smaller 32C size breast I had when I was nursing. And that is what I am hoping to achieve with this breast augmentation surgery. I have been researching surgeons for a very long time without any regard to where they are and how much they cost; solely based upon their work their, incision sites and their cost. I have researched doctors all over California, Miami, North Carolina, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Columbia, Brazil and Australia I can honestly recommend anyone to any physician. I came across Dr. Taranow on realself and I can't believe I've never come across his profile before. After looking at his profile on Sunday night I called the following morning and that same day, Ashley, the receptionist wad able to schedule me with a free consultation to have my breast done. I actually had to end up bringing my two-year-old son to the appointment and they were so accommodating despite how 2 year olds can read that made me really comfortable and also kind of skeptical as like why are these people being so nice and my kids being so crazy anyways I had my consultation right then and there and without me even having to tell Dr. Taranow what I wanted after looking at my breasts and measuring me he told me verbatim exactly what I had been Desiring for myself for the last seven years of me doing research, he told me the exact implants size I was considering, the exact placement that I was considering, the exact incision I was considering the exact profile I was considering absolutely everything before I even had to open my mouth and say Hey Dr. Taranow I want this, he just told me and that made me really comfortable also Ashley at the front desk helped me get approved for Care Credit that day and my surgery was scheduled for the following Thursday the 16th of June which is actually today but real self is making me post my surgery date as June 17th is that I'm actually getting my surgery today June 16th at 1 p.m. so please remember to keep me in your prayers and I will let you know how things go and keep updating my progress I will post before pictures right now as well and I will review review regarding my surgery Dr. Taranow after it's done as of right now I can say that he's extremely professional he does know what he's talking about and he's a really nice guy but I can't give any reviews on surgery yet as I have not yet had that done but I will let you guys know as soon as everything goes smoothly as I'm praying and hoping it will thank you and hopefully this helps. Also I think I should mention if I didn't already I can't even remember I am starting out as a 32b and my goal is a desired 32c and I'm considering Mentor smooth round plus implants and it's somewhere between a 200cc unit 250 cc

So far so good. I ended up with 225cc mentor plus smooth round implant. The insicion is transaxillary just how I wanted. The pain is moderate and just a lot of muscle soreness. Honestly the worst part is this effen tight recovery bra but beauty is pain right? Other than that ensuring is looking perfect. Especially for 7 hours day of post op! Dr. Taranow is a certified breast augmentation G!

He is also obviously board certified.????????
