Had my first consultation with Dr Kolker and...

Had my first consultation with Dr Kolker and everything felt so right... He's super nice and likes to go for a natural look. he explained what my options were and I mentioned that I don't want to go big and want to be a full B/small C. I don't want it to be obvious to my friends that I had a BA. Scheduled the surgery for April 6. My pre op appointment is on March 17 where I will try sizers and will have the rest of my questions answered. So far I'm very, very excited but also surely nervous. Hoping they will look beautiful!! Fingers crossed! I'll keep y'all posted!

Wow, you look great! Did you end up going with the 250 ccs? I've been consider a BA for a few years now and had two friends who ended up with implants far larger than what they had asked for, so it made me extremely leery. But, Dr. Kolker seems like he's right up my alley, with regards to the desire for a more natural-looking outcome. I'm in the Boston area, but with results like this, I think I'd be willing to plan a trip to NYC.
Please let me know what size implants you went with. This is exactly the result I'm looking for.

He makes the final decision on the size when you're on the operating table. Went with 240 and 265 ;)

Pre op!
Had my pre-op appointment today with the Dr Kolker's nurse, who patiently answered all my questions and took time and explain everything. Signed paperwork, and tried different sizes!!! We decided the best results should be somewhere between 225-250 cc - I want to be somewhere between B and C. Still gotta do my lab tests, and counting days till surgery!!

Looks like the perfect size! Not too big or small. I was also looking into Dr. Kolker for my future BA! Im still deciding on my size though.. I am 5ft 4in, 113 pounds, small B, and a pretty active person. Looking at the pic, Im guessing we might have the same body type? How did you end up deciding 250cc? And are you getting HP?Can't wait to see your results! Keep us updated please ^_^

He's great :) I'm 5'7" and 110 lbs, and also a small B :) I wanted to be somewhere between B and C so my initial range was 200-300, but when I tried sizers Figured 300 would probably be too much. The final decision will be made by him in the OR when they try different sizes and see what looks prettiest. I'll be getting moderate profile cause it suits my frame better. Keep me posted on your search!
