My goal was to get a beautiful and natural looking breast augmentation. I was looking to go from a 32B to a D cup while maintaining a natural look. I decided on an auxiliary approach which is Dr. Taranow's specialty and anywhere from 325 to 375 CCs. I ultimately allowed Dr Taranow to make the final call on which implant to use based on which would look best (and most natural). He chose 375cc's and I'm so happy he did!
