Everything's looking great and healing nicely. My lipo areas are still really tender when I press on them tho :( anyone know how long this lasts and what would help?

Mines at tender too! I wear the binder ora waist trainer at work cause it feels so sensitive without it.

Oh ok thanks for the tip! Any idea when the sensitivity is supposed to dissipate? And what is that's making it so tender??

Cant wait for your next update. You're even thinner than me and I carry like all my weight in my middle and flanks. You've pretty much sold me on Schulman. for real I'm going to mention you when I book. Thanx Hun

how are things? Can we get some info on how the fat lasted in the hips? I hear that is a tricky place to deal with since the fat won't last but that's where I want MY fat to be put. Thanks hun XX

Feeling great overall. The only thing that's bugging me is my side backish waist muscle. It feels hard and itchy after a long day's work :(
The only lipo dots I'm left with from surgery is the one on the middle of my back that I've been putting scar gel on. As well as one in each fold of my butt cheeks. They seem to be fading quickly.
This surgery and recovery process hasn't been very painful at all. But the discomfort of wearing so much compression is super annoying. Only a few more days of wearing this stage 2 garment 24/7 then it's night only!
Here are some pics. I've lost 5 lbs since surgery btw

Ugh thanks girl! Getting this feedback is so nice. Since I'm still in the compression garment I haven't been able to really show anything off yet :((( Your encouragement is much appreciated!!!

You look sooo good! You probably will even get a smaller waist with all that swelling but youre losing weight so some of it is going down. Keep up your protein so you can heal nicely :)

Stage 2 faja nightmare

Gemmarink
Just a quick note-

I'm on week 5 post op and have started to use my stage 2 garment that Dr Schulman recommends.
Just some quick notes about the stage 2 compression garment:

* in the pre-op notes from Dr Schulman's office, it specifically says the stage 2 garment is LESS compression (WRONG). I messaged Tami at the office explaining how I was unable to put on my size small stage 2 compression garment. She explained that it should be more compressing than the first garments. So the pre-op notes are inaccurate.
* I had them send out a size Medium to me which I could also barely squeeze into. I sure hope they know what they're doing cuz I feel like I'm about to explode out of this thing :(

Anyone who's got experienced info or tips on this stage 2 garment and it's proper purpose, please let me know!

That sounds correct. My stage 2 garment is a large which is the same size as my stag 1 but just a different style and it's loose already. I just ordered a medium online. I've been wearing the binder over this garment till it comes in the mail.

Wow really?? That's so crazy... I'll have to check the brand on mine... I looked up reviews on amazon and apparently this faja dr Schulman recommends runs very small. So I actually had to go UP a size. Been wearing it for 2 day straight and it doesn't seem to have stretched or gotten loose at all.
