I had acne as a teenager but never as aggressive...
I had acne as a teenager but never as aggressive and difficult to treat as an adult.
Out of nowhere I broke up with severe acne that gave me red swollen lumps and bumps in addition to white heads and black heads. I tried to clean the acne with my fingers or acne removers sold on the internet but either made it worst (that used to work as a teenager)
I obviously treated myself with the over the counter acne medication that worked for me in the past, but it didn't work this time.
Since my acne got worst every day I tried literally everything without any success. Neither Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, CVS or Walgreens brand acne medication worked at all. I even used Proactive and Proactive X and nothing worked!
I also did consultations with dermatologist who recommended their creams and oral antibiotics. Guess what, nothing worked!
I was so frustrated. My acne was so bad that I started to use heavy make up to cover it since I was so embarrassed with my face.
