I am a Army veteran that used to be in great shapes and wash board abs. Over the years I have had 4 knee surgeries, 3 shoulder surgeries and recently 2 discs removed from my neck. Each year as i get closer to getting cleared to work out i need another surgery, until I am now unhappy with the way i look. I am hoping that Dr Steinbrech can restore me to a piece of my former self. His practice is primarily focused on men.

Are you happy with the results? I am also 49 and USN vet. Spinal fusion amidst other setbacks left me in the same predicament. I am contemplating this same route.

I actually thought I could go to work today NOT. Dr said the fat transfer went well, I can't wait until Thursday follow up where I will see my results. I must say Ian in more pain then any surgery I have ever had. Dr said he was really aggressive with my stomach

Cool! It's going to take some time. I had a tt with muscle repair and lipo. I was extremely nervous and scared about the pain of having a tt, but afterwards realized the lipo was MUCH more painful and takes months for the swelling to go down. I hope everything goes well and you like your end result.
